These BEGONDIS 18Pcs Artificial Aquarium Green Plants Set, Artificial Plastic Plants Fake Aquatic Plants work great! I used them in my Halloween decorations and my skeleton aquarium display. They were able to stand up on their own and it gave the effect I wanted, to look like an aquarium.

Works but looks a bit odd
I wanted to add some hiding spots in my betta tank and these work he loves to hide inside them they just look a bit out of place sadly but he seems to rip up my live plants this was required to change to haha

Creating a Fish Habitat
In went the riverbed gravel pebble-like and coarse, providing the lower background color for future fish to play and live. On top, piles of high quality shells in the corner like seen around the eddies of the ocean on the Gulf Coast. Larger show pieces of shells to theme the different regions in the aquarium the fish could use. It needed more so it would be more like a home. Greenery was needed to provide contrast to the shell pieces and make exercise space, hidden space, or hang out and watch space for the fish to come. Begondis provided 18-piece soft foliage units of common aquatic plants. The gray base is somewhat heavy compared to the light fronds and foliageâthe vibrant green is pleasant to look at outside of an aquarium. Kit contains various heights and types of foliage, including weeping seaweed fronds that will float a bit once water is put in the new aquarium. All those patches of green make a habitat but also provide a background for intense shell viewing as you look at the patterns and styling of Mother Nature’s creation. Â A few more pieces of equipment, such as fish, water, and an aquarium, will go live. The tank is 20 gallons so gave plenty of plants for coverage.

Maybe not related but killed all my fish with high PH
EDIT – It’s been 2 weeks since I put these decorations in. Since day 5 of putting these plants in, my water levels have been completely thrown out of wack. I’ve had my tank for 2+ years, my goldfish and koi for 2+years. My PH has always been semi neutral. After putting these decor in my PH is extremely HIGH. I’ve added PH balance treatments but still it remains high. I’ve done partial (25, 30, and 50%) water changes, PH still high. I’ve lost almost all my fish (2 left out of 13) I decided to take these decorations out 10 days after putting them in. Did a 25% water change. Waited and tested my water. PH is finally normal. IDK if this is a fluke but removing these decorations finally stabilized my tank.******This review is for the BEGONDIS 18Pcs Artificial Aquarium Decorations Green Plants SetI can see why they give you 18 pieces in this set as 1/3 of the decor that we received was already coming apart.I don’t know if it’s the glue/silicone that they used, but some of the green leaves/bushes are not attached to the actual base.Not only that, a lot of the little green branches/leaves have already fallen off.This decor set also doesn’t come with any instructions so if you’re a novice, you don’t know to check for loose pieces, to shake, and to rinse and soak the items prior to dropping them into your tank.

Well only some made it in the tank
My husband is a very particular fish person and he always immerses the plants especially plastic ones in hot water for a few minutes….Well whatever silicone or glue used loosened up and the plants fell out of the bases all except the really tiny ones. They were fine.The plants that made it too the tank work well but the others I had to throw out because it was our error for thinking you could disinfect them like every other time. No instructions were included in the packaging.

Plastic is better than none for a lot of tank stock, so these are the backup plan for my live plant plan.
