Only 4 stars because assembly was difficult. great bird feeder over all. The birds love the water dish. The water dish, mesh food tray and extra hook were difficult to put on and required a good deal of force to get around the pole. Once assembled it looks great in the back yard and has already attracted some birds. The hanging birdfeeder in the picture was purchased separately.

3 stars mainly because the squirrel baffle is really badly designed. The feeding station itself and the other accessories are good and work as intended. However the squirrel baffle is pathetic. The design is such that it seems that squirrels are easily able to disturb it enough that it disassembles and falls off. This has happened so many times at this point that Iâm basically thinking of having to purchase another baffle or figure out a way to clamp the baffle so it doesnât fall apart.TLDR: good feeding stand/rack. HORRIBLE baffle.

This is easy to put together. The baffle does work to keep squirrels from climbing up. Be sure to move any bird baths near this feeding station because they are wonderful at jumping.

I bought this to put next to my new glass bird bath because the birds seemed to need something to perch on. I positioned the water dish ring (without the water dish) over the bird bath, used the food tray for seed, and left the hooks empty as additional perches. The birds love it! They finally felt comfortable enough to use the glass bath, and the seed doesn’t fall into the bird bath. Since we already had our first frost, I stored the glass bath away and put the water dish in the ring. I haven’t noticed them using the water dish yet but they’re continuing to enjoy eating the seed and use the perches as a lookout or for waiting their turn.I did have concerns about the way the food tray sits on the ring, leaving a little gap in between that could possibly pinch a toe if it shifts when an additional bird lands on it. It doesn’t seem to be an issue yet.It’s easy to assemble, easy to clean and very sturdy.

I could not fit the single hook wire on but it is not necessary. I am happy and so are the little birds. The pigeons are a bit frustrated .

Super easy to put together, and the birds love it. I get visitors every day, and the squirrel guard actually works â they canât reach the food. Great quality and worth it!
