Excellent Design, Easy to Use
I purchased this water bottle to use with this travel backpack for my sun conure. My bird figured out how to use it right away! This bottle never leaks, and doesn’t require any special care. I simply empty the water bottle when I clean the backpack, and flip the bottle upside down to air dry. There’s a hole in the removable lid that allows moisture to naturally release. I’ve also used this water bottle on my bird’s cage when I go out of town so his caregivers don’t have to open the cage to hydrate him. Solid plastic construction. The bottle stays clear and clean after many months of use. I use a small toy to hold the bottle snug and upright on the travel backpack, which is totally fine. This water bottle is awesome. Highly recommend.

Useless for Finches!
After 3 weeks my finches had still not figured out how to use this!They kept drinking their bath water! LOL So, while I can’t say how this would work for larger birds,I can say don’t buy this for the tiny kids!

There is a hole in top where dust and dirt can get in. I guess it’s to make it easier to drink from idk. My bird hasn’t figured it out and it’s been a month. He also has access or two other water sources so maybe he hasn’t needed to figure it out idk.

Top doesnât come back off!
This item was âuse once and throw awayâ! When I tried to reopen it to wash and refill, the top will not come back off!! I have tried everything 🙁
