Goes to quickly
We live North of Seattle. We enjoy feeding our feathered friends. We always bought from our local Bird store but they ran out. i found this blend and bought a bag. Our bird friends love this blend and leave no unwanted seed behind. Problem is, they can go through 5 lbs in 2 weeks. This is going to get expensive unless I can get them all to go on a diet and make a bag last longer. All in All, best bird seed we have ever used.(UPDATE) I need more but it is no longer being sold or they have run out of this one. Please bring it back Amazon

Squirrels are dive-bombing the feeder.
I tossed this in the feeder last week, when I discovered I had a feederbin my yard. The birds love it, and I have just seen a squirrel try to dive bomb the feeder, trying to get to it! So I would say it’s pretty good. ð And I have seen no waste from it. **Edit** It would be great if you had this in a bigger size. I just ran out and can’t get anymore till next month. If you can make maybe at least a 10lb bag, that would be great!!!

So many birds!! They love it
I don’t know much about birds, and this is my first time using a bird feeder. But I do know that the birds love this mix! It’s attracted so many variety of birds. They’ve been making a mess on my balcony, but that’s okay because I saw this Stellar’s Jay (had to look it up) cleaning up shop on my balcony floor. I love being a diner station to all these birds and it’s giving me lots of joy to watch them. Definitely recommend this seed mix.

Shelled seeds are a hit with the birds.
I like the no feeder-clogging aspect of the mix. Sadly the birds rejected the millet. I’ll avoid this brand next time because of money wasted on unsightly, rejected millet.

Also good for ducks and geese
I was feeding sunflower kernels (no shells) and rolled oats to ducks and geese and they love it but over time it got pricey. Looking for a cheaper alternative that was still healthy (please never feed bread; itâs unhealthy for them) I found you can feed wild bird seeds to wild ducks and geese as well. I love that this has the sunflower kernels (no shells) because the shells pollute the river when they poop them out. The ducks and geese eat this up and love it! I will keep buying this for them – and recommend to others!

I recently started feeding birds here in NC. I have a wooden tray feeder and another wire mesh feeder shaped like a pineapple. This is the third seed mix I have tried. It is by far the best one. Birds eat 99% of the seeds, only leaving the cracked corn and the mystery brown nuts behind. I’ve seen as many as 5 birds trying to eat at once in the tray feeder, and ground doves and eastern bluebirds both love this seed, as well as finches and sparrows. A little pricey, but when you look at all the birds who love it, its a bargain!
