Aquascape Ulcer & Bacterial Treatment is used to treat bacterial infections and ulcerations often resulting from parasites or physical damage. Common bacterial infections include fin rot, open sores, and ulcers in ornamental pond fish. Common symptoms for these issues include open wounds, fin damage, or bulging eyes. It is extremely important to resolve these issues as soon as possible. Many issues can be linked back to improper handling, poor water quality, or the introduction of a sick or stressed fish. It is important to accurately dose any treatment. Please take time to calculate the water volume in your pond before adding this or any other water treatment. Discontinue the use of UV clarifiers/sterilizers or chemical filtration, including the use of carbon, zeolite, or ion exchange resins. Ensure proper oxygenation during treatment. Before adding any medication to your pond or holding system, make sure you verify all water parameters and rectify any issues before treatment. One 8.8-ounce container treats 4,875 gallons of water.

Great product
I treated my 1600 gallon pond with this and a prazi after discovering a fish with large sores. The combo worked well. Fish are doing well. Make sure to dissolve in water & distribute.

Ulcers
I noticed two fish out of 11 had red areas starting to ulcer. I I dropped my water level half way to 1000 gallon, so that I can get 3 uses out of one container. Worked ulcers gone w/4 treatments

My Prize Fish Died!
I treated my very large , very active Ryunkin goldfish who had ulcer . I followed all directions. After a few days into treatment, she became sluggish and sat on the bottom of tank. Diagnosed with Dropsy, kidney failure!Why doesnât this product state the ingredients?? I even called the manufacturer, they would not give out ingredients, âtop secretâ. This fish has died.I recommend a different way to treat ulcers on fish if you want them to survive!!

Did not work. Made things worse.
I used this to treat an ulcer on a koi. I followed the instructions closely, going through the three day procedure. This did not help. I then a followed up with another three day procedure after a few days. It made the ulcer worse. Also caused blister-like sores to form on other koi.
