Dang fine product.
I ordered this. It shipped maybe the same day, at worst the day after. It arrived two days later. I opened the package. I put plants in them. I put it in my fish pond – not a pond really, just a 50 gallon pot with fish in it. The plants grew. The fish thrived.It has been like two weeks of heaven. No really, it has been just two weeks, but I liked it so well that Iâve ordered two more for my fish tanks. Oh, and the same time I bought this I bought another brand as well. It has been okay, but I wonât order another. Yes, repeat customer. 100% satisfied.Just for the record, I love the way it works, but Iâm not in love with it, that would just be weird.

Great addition for some extra flair in background
I like them. I put four into a 55g shrimp snail tank. I use two for almond leaves and biofilm bags. Two for lucky bamboo with alder cones and lava rocks to stabilize and more surfaces. Just added steel plates of Christmas moss for flair. Enjoy my tank. Last shot is a two gallon carpet idea I had. Not a five because there should be a spot to put a suction on the bottom. The four small on top still tend to slip down tank.

I apologize for the plant holders being a little caked up in some of the images; it’s both messy and hard during tank cleanings to keep your plants in water while you clean each holder. That’s more of a me problem, though; I need to get a bucket! 𪣠Lol. Anyway, these plant aquarium holders are both a blessing and a curse, and here’s why. First off, if you’re using them down in your tank, this review won’t help you, but if you are using them at the top of your tank, then this might help. The overall look isn’t super appealing, but they are pretty sturdy. They give you at least 3 or 4 different sized hooks and some suction cups. I haven’t tried those yet, so I don’t know how well they work. The size of the planters is great, but the slits for roots to go through are not big enough, so I cut some squares in the bottom of them with my soldering iron, and my peace lily is now happy; its roots can expand. I have 4 in my 10-gallon tank, but I am thinking about getting another set. Overall, I think for the price, they are worth it, and they work for what I need. I would, and probably will, buy another set so I can add more plants to the back of my aquarium.

Perfect for the addition of plants to my aquarium sump. The assembly was very easy, and they fit perfectly on the tank. There are 4 units in the package which is a great value. The units are high quality and durable with enough capacity to hold a significant amount of roots/plants.

Arrived on time and is very sturdy. Great value for the money. Also a nice touch is the extra clips and suction cups so it will work for any aquarium. Sleek design so wonât take up much space. Perfect and functional.

Design flaw and weak suction cups. Almost killed my fish.
At first I really liked the design and thought it would be a great way to close the gap near the back of my tank. First, the hooks did not fit the tank. I measured the plastic trim around the top of my tank and it was supposed to fit over it. It didnât. I thought okay, no big deal Iâll just use the suction cups. Well I put the suction cups on and stick it to the glass. Maybe an hour later I found two baskets had fallen off and one of my catfish inside. The gaps in the basket were big enough to get his fins and tail stuck. It took me 15 minutes to get him out, unfortunately he had a lot of damage to his fins. The suction cups were not strong enough to hold the basket up. Horrible design, either make the baskets lighter or include bigger suction cups and bigger clips that are actually the size they need to be.

Not for standard sized US tanks with glass top.
Unable to use with a standard rimmed tank with a glass top. The glass is in the way. Moving it forward won’t allow proper usage of the hinged glass top. Reading the reviews the suction cups are junk. So essentially worthless to me.
