Works great.
Works great for an Axolotl tank. (55 Gallon). Extremely easy to set up. Make sure you follow the instructions. (Rinse tubes and run it through a water source other than your live tank for an hour before use. (I used the kitchen sink). It cooled the tank down fairly quickly. Has about the same sound level as a fan one would use for a bedroom. My only complaint was that it didn’t specify which outlet was which. (Inlet/Outlet) I had to look at the pictures on Amazon.

Faulty product , no support
Didnât work for us. I kept trying to do what was recommended thru Amazon . It never worked in the first place . I followed all instructions . This was my birthday gift and It really let me down . Now I have to go buy another box to ship it back and then have the exact same unit shipped that didnât work?

Great unit so far. But poor manual
I need to keep a fairly tight water temperature. The air conditioning in my home is not great and it can go above 90 degrees. I am using this on a 20-gallon tank. This is working perfect. I lowered the hysteresis to 1.5 which is 3 deg F. My house also can ger very cold, so I have a good heater that is set 2 deg below the cut off of the cooler. This keeps the water temperature from varying more than 5 deg thru out the year. This will do the trick. This unit is easy to use and to program. It come with most of the parts you need but I did use a number of elbow connectors for the hose to make things neater. I also replaced the pump that it came with using a 200 gph submersible filter found here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KCMGMY7?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1The pump adaptor for the hose connection fit this filter which is rated for the same GHP as the pump it came with.The manual is lacking some information. This includes on how to switch it from Celsius to Farenheit and it list 3 mode function but there is a 4th that is not mentioned in the manual. For this reason I downgraded it one star. Also there is no online manual so make sure not to lose the manual that comes with the unit.

Ice Bath ð§ ð
Using for my ice bath/cold plunge. Has worked amazing so far. Can cool down to 45â° easily in my flordia garage and has no trouble maintaining temperature. The only question left is the longevity. I will report back if anything changes. Easily have a ice bath for a fraction of the cost.

Love this chiller – great value
Been two months and itâs hot outside- this is keeping water for cold plunge to desired temp of 45F and no leaks. Glad I found this reasonably priced chiller compare me to many âpopularâ named brands that are 8-10x the cost. Love the remote capability to adjust if desired from inside !

Gets the job done
Works as described. Exactly what we needed for our axolotl tank. There is some fairly low level noise but it is kept in our Florida room which we rarely use so I donât know if it would be an issue if it was a room we used often.

Bad unit
Itâs been running for almost 4 hours and it is not getting cool.I followed the directions that came with it, and I also looked online for additional instructions.Leads me to think that the unit is bad.
