The test strips showed my ph was fine, but the calcium carbonate level was extremely high. I drained and refilled the pond. They work.

Quick test for good ballpark numbers
I love these strips for a quick ballpark figure to determine if there is an immediate problem that needs to be looked into.I have tracked data using these test strips since around October 2021 and have got consistent results. I have also compared the results to a professional test kit (Sera aqua test box) and the numbers are within a tolerable range. For example, the professional test ket indicated 10 mg/L of Nitrate and these test strips indicated between 10 – 25 mg/L (depending on how you interpret the shade of red), General Hardness from the professional kit indicated 89ppm and these test strips indicated about 75ppm, Alkalinity (KH) from the professional kit indicated 160ppm and these test strips indicated around 100ppm (between 75 – 150ppm), PH on the professional kit indicated a PH of 7.0 and these test strips indicated around a PH of 7.2.

Got this to test water hardness at home and it works. Will use it in our camper while on trips to test water where we set up just to see its condition and give me some idea as to when to change out my filters. Itâs not made for that but Iâve got them so why not use em.

Test Color on Strip does not match bottle comparison color.
Like the ease of use. Color of strips does not match colors on bottle so much guessing is required to determine what level you reading is really at. Not accurate enough for me!!

Very fast result, and easy to use. The test strip colour is very easy to read and distinguish, this is such a great tool to test the water quality so I can keep control and monitor the water everyday. The accuracy is also great too, it worked exactly as it was advertised at a valuable and affordable price. Definitely recommend this to other customers and will buy it again, getting exactly what I expected.

Iâve had issues with my ph and kh changing recently and these are so quick and easy to test rather than getting out my api test kit as Iâve been testing every day. I know people say strips arenât accurate but I havenât found that with these.
