I adopted an orphan water turtle, not knowing about products I tried this one among many others, I can say that the liquid has not irritated the turtle’s skin, damaged the shell, the turtle seems happy, and growing without any health issues. It’s very affordable, and product last long.At times I forget to change it’s water for 2 weeks, but the water is not looking dark as it did when I first got the turtle and the water would become cloudy, with dark brown color due to it’s poop and other residues coming from the turtle and food, I think.With this liquid the water remains clear, I do not have a water filter at all, just the fish tank nothing else. So I can say first hand the difference with no liquid, and with liquid.Dark and cloudy if more than a week without water change and no liquidAnd clear if more than a week without water change and the liquidFor that i give it a 5 stars and I bought two this time because I’m very happy with this company and their quality of product, so is my turtle which i have already for more than a year, and the amount use is minimum, so the product last long, just a cap and is more than enough.

This is my first time trying this product for my red eared slider but I have noticed it breaking up the sludge. It definitely does what itâs promoting. It doesnât completely get rid of it but that would be a stretch. Overall, a good product.

I used the API algae remover together with the API sludge destroyer and had results within 30 minutes. I erred on the lower dose side since my pond is so small but given the reviews and the instructions I expected it to work within afew days or weeks. Before I knew it, my water had gone from murky brown with strings of algae to crystal clear.

Fácil de usar y muy efectivo, habia intentado mantener la limpieza de mi estanque con otros productos, pero el resultado no era el esperado, mi estanque es de 750Litros, por lo que sólo me rindió para 2 puestas, aun asà el agua aclaró y los residuos se estancaron al fondo. Super bueno.

After struggling for a year, I have this a try and it does work. I donât have to make weekly changes of water anymore. Just use the net to pick up solids at least one for week. Happy turtle!
