Helpful Scratch Deterrent, But Not Perfect for Every Surface
Weâve been using these anti-scratch furniture protectors for a little while now, and overall, theyâve worked well for us. Our cats have definitely backed off from scratching the areas where these are applied, which is a big win!That said, they may not stick well to all types of furniture. On some fabric surfaces, they adhered just fine, but on others, they started peeling off after a few days. I also chose not to use the included pins because I didnât want to poke holes in our furniture, so that might have affected how well they stayed in place.If youâre looking for a non-invasive way to protect your furniture from cat claws, this is a good optionâjust be aware that results may vary depending on your furniture material and whether or not you use the pins.

Great solution for cat scratching minion
Iâm so glad I found these! They are the perfect solution for protecting my couch from my catâs scratching. I was a little worried they would look obvious or ruin the look of my furniture, but they actually blend in really well.Application was super easy, the adhesive sticks well, and I like that they donât leave any residue when removed. My cat tested them out and quickly lost interest. Ever since then, heâs completely stopped going after the couch.What I really appreciate is that the material feels sturdy, without making the living room look messy or covered in tape. For the price, this pack is a good value since it covers multiple spots and can be repositioned if needed.If your cat loves scratching furniture, I highly recommend these.

Not terrible but not perfect.
Initially review:Not incredibly sticky but stickey enough to hold while you put the screws in. Screws are a little difficult to get in. Some of them went in a lot easier than others (making sure there wasnât anything structural obstructing them). My main complaint is they donât go on easily over anything curved like the back of my chairs or the base of the couch that bows outward. Thereâs not really an easy way to trim the sheets for that without having to use a bunch more screws and creating opportunities for the plastic to become less sticky over time and create openings for the cat claws to get into. Weâll see how they hold up over time but so farâ¦not terrible but not perfect.

Installation worked but Iâm glad I bought two different kinds cause thereâs not enough sheets to protect my momâs whole couch. Weâll see how well they stand up to my cats claws and Iâll update then.
