Before discovering this nighttime wizardry, I was stuck in a cruel nightly 3 a.m. wake-up loop like some sort of insomniac Groundhog Day. This is not a “sleeping pill”
I have used all sorts of sleeping pills and recovery stacks and this stuff works well. I took my first dose last night and i slept well. It does not knock you out but relaxes you to fall asleep. Put the phone down and turn off the TV and you will fall asleep. Sleep was deep and when I would get up to use the bathroom. I would go right back to sleep. Good product and will continue to use during my prep.

Weird dreams and screaming
I NEVER write a review on anything. I should because I rely on reviews for purchases. The first night and the first time in my entire life I woke up screaming from several bad dreams. Unfortunately, I tossed and turned all night. Figured Iâll give them another chance the second night. I didnât wake up screaming but continued to have weird dreams and tossed all night.
