Just the facts as they relate to my experience
As some have said, this product may be useful for you or it may not. That does not mean it’s a bad product, it simply states a fact. With that in mind, here is my experience with this product.Getting old really sucks, but I am fighting it all the way. I’m 60 years old and I train for and compete in Spartan Obstacle races. My training consists of 6 training days a week alternating a weight day with a cardio/HIIT day, One might say I’m in pretty damn good shape. The hardest part about keeping this type of training regime is getting up in the morning.After a good nights rest, my joints on this old body have stiffened and are slow to respond. There is soreness as well in the knee joints and shoulders.This product has minimized this stiffness and soreness and has made a noticeable and much-appreciated difference in my mobility in the morning. In addition, shoulder pain from bench press and Military presses have been reduced and knee pain is gone. To be fair, I had very little knee pain anyway. but what I had is gone.So, how do I know it’s the result of this product? I keep a training log. I wrote down when I started this product and noted its effects. I changed nothing else in my diet. I don’t take any prescription drugs so it’s not possible the result of that.I did stop taking the product for a period of time and noticed the same problems started to manifest once again. So, while not scientific, it’s more than likely my positive results are because of this product.It’s unknown if you will experience the same results. The only way to know is to try it for a while and see. Give it a good test. It might take two months, it will not happen in a week or two.The powder form is by far the best and easiest way to ingest this product. I think it tastes great. I take this product, the multivitamin and the Juiced Aminos all in the power from. They all have the same flavor.I have used Universal nutrition products for a number of years and feel they are the real deal in nutrition.UPDATE. MAY 22, 2019.I have used this product for over a year now. I take it daily and rarely miss a day. For me, the product has a noticeable impact. At 62, I do not have any joint issues. Running, jumping,training all without any joint pain. Now, Prior to taking the product, i’m not saying I was walking around with a walker and this stuff has set me free. But I did have some slight pain in my knee joints and shoulders and walking up stairs was at times a little painful. That is all gone now. I wake up in the morning without any stiffness in the joints, just sore muscles from working out. I do not have any proof this produce is the result. But I do sincerely think it is the reason. I do workout very hard. Harder then most 60 Year olds I’m sure, so that may help, but I’m sold on this product and plan to take it indefinitely. Will it work for you. The fact is, no one really knows. You will have to try for yourself and see. It will take a month or so to see results if any. Then you will know.

Wow! This works!
I’ve been taking a joint supplement for years, but none of them seemed to be working to alleviate pain and soreness in my knee. So, I switched to this brand to see if I could find a more efficacious formula. I was surprised by the number of pills, but was willing to give them a try. I’m glad I did as my knee is really starting to feel better and the pain is subsiding. Will keep taking Animal Flex so I can keep moving pain free!

Iâve been using Animal Flex Glucosamine Chondroitin Joint Supplement for a few weeks now, and itâs made a noticeable difference in my joint health. Solid Joint Supplement
Iâve been taking Animal Flex every day for about 7 months now and I have to say it works. Iâm a power lifter and I was getting really bad shoulder pain after my heavy lift days. It got so bad that I had trouble sleeping on my side and had to take a month off.After taking this, and eventually adjusting my program to have fewer heavy bench days, my shoulders feel so much better. I still get pain from time to time but that happens when you bench 400lbs+. The difference is that itâs sore vs on fire and I recover in a day vs a week.Side note, I had some minor pain in my lower back and wrists from old injuries and that went away around 3 weeks in and hasnât come back.This stuff isnât a miracle cure for serious joint pain/issues, but it sure does help, and will knock out most minor irritation.

Tastes Good. Difficult to tell if it’s doing anything. I don’t feel any better, but I don’t feel worse either.Latest order the canister was covered in a weird soapy residue. I did not have anything soapy in my order, so it wasn’t something else in my box leaking. I wiped it down with a wet paper towel and it foamed up. Concerning, considering it’s something to be consumed, and the contents are only protected by a paperboard seal inside. I don’t think I’m going to buy this off of Amazon anymore. I may buy it elsewhere if I can find a better source.

helps with joint pains. lubricates the joints and makes your skin smoother as an extra benefit. It does not do miracles but it definitely helps. I take 2 tubs at least once per year for maintenance or if something starts to hurt.
