Not limited to the animals on the cover
This book is simply phenominal! It’s super comprehensive, filled with all kinds of options to relieve the adverse effects of many different afflictions including out of normal range blood test results. The first section of the book covers all acupoints with a description of the location of each acupoint, an illustration of each acupoint and its corresponding points (all stomach points are on one diagram, all gallbladder points are on another seperate diagram, etc), and a description of each point’s effect. The second section covers the most common ailments and the corresponding recipe of points to aleviate the symptoms. There are also illustrations to show the location of each point listed in each recipe.The beginning of each chapter of the socond section also discusses the particular animal about to be covered and what ither animals can follow that particular animal based on body type. For instance the guinea pig points and recipes can also be used on rats, gerbils, hamsters and mice. The lizard points can be used on snakes (you just ignore the limb points). The cat points can be used on racoons and skunks.The points I’ve used so far have all worked.

The best information & easy to understand.
This book is very well written and illustrated for easy use. I have used the information to help a kitten just a couple of weeks old and on my cat that is a senior. This morning I read and started using it for one of my dogs. Deanna clearly researched and wrote to help average people help their animals feel better. The illustrations to find the pressure points are very well done and easy to find. When I use the pressure points it is clear the animals enjoy because they relax and allow the pressure to work. I am very happy with the book and recommend the book for anyone who wants to aide in the health and wellbeing of their pets.

Great Drawings
I am a member of Deanna Smith’s FB group and after seeing a few of her drawings I immediately ordered this manual. The drawings are incredible and the manual offers “layman” terms for the point locations. It is a good addition to my other acupressure books.
