Effective flea prevention
We switched from advantage II earlier this year due to shipping delays with our subscibe and save deliveries. Since switching, we’ve had no problems with the product at all and deliveries have been on time. You do need scissors to open the tubes for application. I was nervous about side effects in our smaller 7-8 lb cat but she had none. (She has with a few prior products) This as an excellent cost saving option to name brand products any day. Important to note our kitties go out for only a few hours each week but are mainly indoors. Seems to work equally well for both our kitties – 1 long haired and 1 short haired.Helpful notes on application: (I wish someone shared with me before trial & error) If you apply towards the top of the shoulder blades closer to the neck, you don’t get slimed for days after application like other products. Also my half-owl kitty can’t seem to reach it that high up. So if you are amazed that you kitty can lick where you put it between the shoulder blades go up 1-2 cm. Also congrats you too have a half-owl kitty they are the best!Hope this was helpful.

3-4 weeks of flea and tick control
Seems to work, or fail to work, exactly like the non-private label brand that costs more with the same active ingredient. My cats never love getting this stuff poured on them, but I don’t love them sharing fleas with me. I see a good 3-4 week control in Alabama summers.

Recommend! Great price, gets the job done!
It’s not revolution plus, so it’s not going to do with a high-end medicine will do, but it will definitely kill fleas and eggs. I’ve used this on several occasions, and I’m very pleased with the results. It smells no different than everything else, my cats had no allergic reactions to it, and the fleas were gone.I also use capstar week before applying something like this, and I find that is going to give you the best results. ONLY capstar, you cannot apply another topical flea medication and this within a 30-day period. Please be advised of this.This is a great product and a great price that will take care of your pet’s flea issues.

Protects all three of my cats
I use this topical flea and tick preventative on my three catsâMario, Luigi, and Bowserâand itâs been excellent. Application is quick and straightforward, and none of them have had any bad reactions to it. Most importantly, it really works: no fleas, no ticks, and all three stay comfortable and protected.With multiple cats, I need something effective and reliable, and this has given me peace of mind. Definitely a product Iâll keep using for my little trio.

DOES NOT WORK EFFECTIVELY, DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY THE PRICE
They advertise this as having the same active ingredients in Advantage II, but do not be fooled. I bought this because the price was so low, but that should have been a warning. This stuff is worthless! I’ve went through 12 tubes on my cats, and I just can’t get rid of the fleas. I have seen fleas jumping around off the cats just 5 days after applying this stuff.This is after putting down diatomaceous earth, and vacuuming thoroughly, which has worked extremely well in the past when used along with Advantage. This product seems to kill a few fleas, but they ALWAYS come back. I’m not sure if it doesn’t kill the eggs or what, but I did not have this problem with the more expensive brands combined with diatomaceous earth.If you want a product to temporarily kill adult fleas, then MAYBE this is for you as a temporary solution, but do not expect to get rid of them for good.

Horrible flea infestation
The point of these products is infestation prevention, I was using it on my dogs and cats. A hurrica passed along the coast causing day and night rain for 9 days straight and all of the sudden fleas were climbing me in the yard by the hundreds, and within 2 days inside the house. Over $300 on high wuality foggers and sprays, and I am still seeing some fleas in the yard. The house seems to be under control. The tooical are supposed to have growth regulators that prevent this from happening, but my dogs and cats were getting anemnic. I was having to use Capstar on them at least every other say, I’ve had to treat for tapeworms, and I’m keeping the topical in them.I gave a 3 star because I’m not sure if the fleas are resistsnt, there were just that many coming uphill from the swamp or if the topicsl completely failed. At best, it couldn’t keep up. At worst, it didn’t work at all. Fleas on animals were all alive and kicking until I gave Capstar, so it seems it wasn’t working.

Effective Treatment
If anyone is in need of a good but safe and cheap flea treatment for cats, this Amazon brand is AMAZING. LESS than 12 hours after application and there are no live fleas on any of my cats. It doesn’t smell bad, seem to cause skin irritation and nobody has any unwanted side effects. Application is easy, even if you have a squirmy kitty. There are 3 dosages, over 9 lbs, 5 to 9 lbs and over 1.5lbs, as long as the cat is over 8 weeks old they’re safe to be treated.

Excellent product
Great price for four, so far my cats like it. I used it for maintenance to keep fleas away, so weâll see how that goes. No adverse reactions from them, very happy with it so far!
