Customers say
Customers find the recovery collar cute and better than traditional cones, appreciating its softness and comfort that allows cats to lay down comfortably. The product receives mixed feedback about its functionality, with some saying it works well while others report it doesn’t work for larger cats. Customers disagree on the collar’s effectiveness in preventing licking and scratching, and while some say it stays on better than hard cones, others find it too small.

Comfortable for him, amusing for me!
Good quality. Soft and comfortable. Fit very nicely, tight and secure but not cutting into his neck. He never tried to take it off. He was much for comfortable in this than the plastic vet provided one. It allowed He to eat without making a huge mess. The other one was too long. He was able to sleep more comfortable as well. Made a nice warm neck pillow for him. He looked super cute and happy to wear his toast. Almost felt bad when I took it off. Everyone loved it, even the cat.

Inbread cat!
Super cute. Easy to put on and remove. Cat wasn’t too impressed but he now uses it as a pillow while he heals from an abscess. Nice and flexible for him to eat and drink while wearing.

Very adorable, not quite large enough…
One of our cats is having some skin allergies so we wanted to prevent him from licking incessantly while he is being treated. He resisted while putting this on him, but once that initial trauma was over he’s been fine. The first day or so he was a bit clumsy, not being used to the exact width while navigating smaller spaces, but he seems to have gotten the hang of that as well. He also seems quite comfortable while sleeping. While the look of this is hilarious, it could be a bit larger. We got the smaller size as he is not a large cat, but he can still reach quite a bit of his body so he’s only really protected on about half of his body. Part of this is probably also due to the malleable nature of the materials it’s made from.

Safe and comfortable
After my cats surgery they sent her home with a cone around her neck she got it off 2 in the first hour so I tried a velcro one I had And she got out of it too. So then I tried the toast which ide seen on tick tick and it worked perfect. She was calmer in it. Could eat better and used it as a soft pillow when she napped. It’s a great product!

Great but will tear if you have a kicker
My cat is pretty small, shes 7.02 pounds and around 8-ish months. I got her tbe small toast e-collar for her to wear after she was spayed, because i was sure shed hate the plastic ones and because this one was cute. I put it on when she first came home and was still very loopy so she definitely hated it and threw herself around trying to get it off. I ended up confining her to a cage that first night, but the next day when the meds wore off she was much calmer and only tried to remove it when she wanted to scratch her kneck or lick her stitches, which thankfully was not often. My pros and cons are as follows:Pros:- its very cute and soft- she can use it as a pillow, which she does often- easy to slide her head thru the whole and tighten, if you can catch a hold of her- she can still eat and drink comfortably, especially after the medicine wore off- can use her litter box. She has one of those big ones that look like a plant, i removed the lid and she uses it just fine- easy to clean, she got it wet and then used her litter box, the clay litter turned to mud on it but i was able to just wipe it off no problem.- she cant reach her stitches, she only tried 2 or 3 times, but each time her head couldnt reach past the bread.- doesnt hinder her movement too much, she was able to fit into her standard sized small animal carrier with it on (her own choice to enter despite having a much bigger cage near by. Idk) and is unfortunately still able to jump onto things she shouldn’t. Shes also able to walk up and down the soft stairs i got for her to get on my bed, so her mobility was virtually unaffected once she got used to wearing it.Cons:- if you have a bunny kicker they WILL be able to get this off. I woke up several times in the middle of the night to see her piece of toast on the ground next to her.- all the kicking and tightening WILL make this thing rip, as pictured. Im ordering a new one because its cute and comes quickly, but if you want something strong enough to withstand some bunny kicks this is probably not it. This destruction is from a cat who got their nails clipped in surgery, so there weren’t even any pointy claws in play.- when they’re fresh from surgery and VERY loopy they WILL trip over this thing. If you have a cat that sticks their paw in their water (high or not) this will get in the way and somehow make them make everything, including the bread, themselves, and the surrounding area, very wet. Which is bad if your cat has stitches that cant get wet!- that wetness stays for a while.- it WILL get litter on it, and if the collar is wet that litter will become mud. It’ll also get food on it, but i have to believe any e-collar would, so im not holding that against it.- i had to snip the ends of the cords used to tighten it, because theh were so long that they were both getting wet from her water bowl, and she was biting/pulling them. So in fear shed choke herself, i snipped them and tied them in a knot.Long list of cons but i do think its a good collar if you want something cute and comfortable for your pet!

Fits well, does its job, is hardier than it looks!
I bought this to prevent my kitten (over 6 months old) from continuing to scratch the area on her neck where I apply flea product. She ended up pulling hair out and opening herself up, and it was getting infected, she was hitting her ear and her mouth, and one day puss just started flying everywhere and I was just done with that.I needed something that would be comfortable for a long period of time, and after reading some information about the product I decided to go with this and a set of booties (from which I only applied 2 to her rear legs as needed). This is bulky enough that she scratches at it, and as it spins around her neck like a wind mill (LMAO!) it gives her some comfort, holds up well, and prevents the major disaster of her claws getting to her skin. It’s not super hard to clean, I did have to clean some litter box elements up once but I think she got sick of that smell and does good to not let it touch anything now. When I was using the booties in combination – my cat did decide to stop using her litter box and pooped on the floor; She was actually aware of it being ‘wrong’ and pooped in her cat bed and sat over it to hide it from me, having deposited some other samples in a corner under the kitchen table. She quickly rethought that after a disciplinary approach I applied (humanely). It’s easy to vacuum up the hair on it, and I use baby wipes and cloth disinfectant on it, when I give her a couple hours break from it a couple times per week. She’s had it for months at this point and so its a little beat up, but still holds up good and she honestly looks so comfortable when she’s sleeping (she uses it as a pillow as advertised). She hates the booties, but loves this thing. Honestly, she has super-sharp claws and I try to stop her from scratching but she finds time to try and beat at the thing. She’s only ever gotten it off once when I was a little sloppy putting it on. I don’t cut off circulation, but make it 1 finger tight (only can fit a finger between it and her neck, snug. I then bring the clamp down, then tie the ropes off like I’m tying my shoes – to keep them out of her way and to prevent her from picking at them. When walking she’ll flick her legs if in the booties, that’s funny watching her walk all bow-legged and kicking wildly…but with the toast pillow she just does this side to side wobble/swag which is equally as comical. One day, on a virtual doctor’s visit….the doctor (for me), saw the cat in the camera’s view and just started busting out laughing as she saw her trying to scratch causing the pillow to spin around her neck. She saw her then wobble away and though ti was so cute and funny. This is a quality product, and so much more humane than a plastic cone – when you have the luxury of being able to take advantage of it (I know its not inhumane to use one when its warranted and doing its job on larger animals, etc). She can lick her feet just barely whilst wearing the thing, so I do make sure to let her bath herself, when I give her those breaks – taking the time myself to use a comb on her to remove shedding hair and just providing her with some relief.Highly recommend this product.

My adult cat, Krysa wore it for a few hours a day without complains. It is adjustable, soft and comfortable around her neck and she could not reach her tummy area where she developed eczema. Jojoba oil was applied and within a few days her skin completely healed.

Muy cómoda y muy suave. Ãnicamente, le tienen que hacer nudos al cordón para que no se afloje; y sus gatitos/perritos no se la puedan quitar. A mi gatito le encantó.
