Our Carillon is Working Again
The carillon in our church quit working again, for those who are not familiar with Carillons, they are an electronic device that plays through speakers in bell towers, memorial towers etc. Both failures were caused by the failure of the 24 Volt DC power supply. It seemed unusual that both, 24 Volt DC 1/2 Amp regulated supplies would fail in the exact same way. I decided to look for another Power Supply and so far, this 24 Volt 1 Amp unit is working fine, but like anything in electronics, “Time Will Tell”.

Poor Quality. Lasted 15 months.
Ordered Feb 2024. Stopped working intermittently in December. It also has a very high pitch sound. I just looked and the entire plug is cracked open and the metal prongs broken. Stay away from this brand.

Antes de hacer el pedido hice el cálculo de amperes para una tira LED y no consumo ni 0.5 Amps, y después de estarlo usando unos pocos minutos empezó a parpadear y se calentó mucho el adaptador, probé con menos carga y funcionó bien, por lo que no está hecho para aguantar 1 Amp.
