Mouth gets stuck sometimes but still fun!!
This is very easy to set up. The size is great since it’s not too big and blends in well with the tank. I have it on an adjustable valve at the lowest setting and his mouth opens and closes pretty well. It does make a slight “clunk” when his mouth closes but it doesn’t seem to bother the fish at all. My only complaint would be that it does get stuck sometimes – his mouth won’t open and the bubbles come out of the hinge behind his head instead. It’s not that big of a deal, and eventually works its way back to bubbling again. Great little addition to the tank, especially for the price.

Not perfect, but still really cool
Overall we are really happy with this product! It does exactly what we were hoping it would do. You will need to purchase a pump to attach. The one thing that is not quite perfect is, itâs jaw does not line up. But itâs not a big deal. My son loves it! We are happy!

I love this feature!
Itâs built kinda cheaply, but nobody can tell because it looks like a real gator in the tank. Lightweight & you can adjust the air flow. I get the impression that my fish love it. Not noisy & worth the money. Fits perfectly in a 10 gallon, heavily planted tank. Named him Jean-Baptiste.

Cute but with defects
My particular alligator has a serious cross bite. The jaws do not line up properly and so his bite goes sideways a little. Not a huge deal, but it is worth noting.The inlet pipe is fragile and bends easily.

At first I used it without valves that was keeping alligator mouth wide open , after placing valves bubbles are controlled and it looks awesome.Happy with my purchase
