I have used Maple Holistics Argan Oil Shampoo and the Silk 18 conditioner and I love them both. They leave my hair soft and the conditioner never leaves my hair oily like some other products do. Lately I have been obsessed with using my peppermint essential oil in everything so when I went to order some more shampoo I saw this set and decided to give it a try. We have eliminated using toxins and dangerous chemicals in our household and try to look for the most natural choice available in any product. Yes this product does have a long ingredient list and some of the ingredients have a low toxicity rating on EWG but it certainly has gentler ingredients and more plant-based ingredients than most of the hair/beauty products out there (no sulfates, no parabens, no artificial scent). I have tried almost every brand of hair care products carried by Whole Foods and Sprouts in search of something safe and that actually works. Many of the ones I have tried have shorter ingredient lists or easily identifiable ingredients but they left my hair a dried-out, tangled nightmare. The shampoo and conditioners from Maple Holistics are my happy medium. They are safe, natural and they work wonders on my hair. The Winter Blend shampoo and conditioner set also smells amazing. I cannot stand fake scents and have a sensitivity to any kind of artificial perfume/scent. Both the conditioner and shampoo smell like natural mint and they don’t leave your scalp feeling overly tingly. They just fill your shower with a delicious, happy, minty smell. Both products leave my hair feeling clean, soft, and moisturized and I feel better knowing it has no carcinogenic or animal ingredients. I honestly have loved every product I have purchased from them and will continue to support Maple Holistics.

Pretty Good Product, BUT … It Could Be Great
I liked this product’s overall performance and how it affected the look and feel of my hair.The features I especially like are the fresh, clean, peppermint scent – it’s not overpowering and it is pleasant. The shampoo lathers really well, even in my extremely hard water, and it rinses out easily and completely. After using the shampoo and conditioner, my hair felt softer than before use, and it was easy to dry and style.What I thought could be better is the amount of conditioner I had to use compared to the amount of shampoo – at least twice as much, which means I ran out of the conditioner while still having half a bottle of shampoo remaining. I also found it difficult to squeeze both the shampoo and conditioner bottles to get the product to come out for use. I was able to unscrew the lids for each and get the product out that way – but that was somewhat inconvenient and time consuming.I did read the product description fully but upon opening the box, still found the size of the bottles to be smaller than I was expecting. Of course that was a little disappointing, but the ad DID state the weight and I DID read it – so I shouldn’t have been surprised.This was my first time to use an organic shampoo/conditioner and I do like the idea of no chemicals on my hair, and no toxic environmental side effects being washed down the drain. I wish organic items didn’t always cost more than their chemically rich counterparts because then I’d make using them a habit and not just a once-in-a-while luxury. That being said, this particular brand was in the lower spectrum of the organic products price range and was therefore a decent value when viewed beside other comparable organic shampoo/conditioner combinations.I actually would recommend this product because it is organic, it smells good, it’s a fairly decent value, and it did make my hair clean, soft, and manageable. Just this one caveat – if your hair is such that you require a little extra conditioner on a daily basis, you may want to order two bottles of conditioner so you don’t find yourself in the shower one cold morning, with your hair all wet (likely when you’re already running late) only to notice the shampoo is the only bottle with something in it. It’s simply not a great way to start the day.

Per me prodotto non valido, l ho acquistato perché indicato per i problemi di forfora, la situazione non è migliorata, anzi, mi ha causato prurito alla testa, stesso problema con lo shampo in confezione azzurra della stessa marca. Non lo consiglierei.
