    What a refreshing read!
Leap from Frustration to Freedom is a compelling guide and a game-changer for anyone with ADHD who has struggled with disorganization and the chaos it can bring. I love using checklists and breaking down big tasks into smaller work buckets, even time-boxing each task to stay on track. The challenge for me has always been not feeling like a failure when I don’t complete tasks within the allotted time. As a visual planner who works backward from the completed project to the smaller tasks—and not a linear thinker—I often frustrate others with my approach. This book offers a refreshing strategy to master executive function and transform your life in just minutes a day. It acknowledges the unique challenges faced by adults with ADHD while providing practical, step-by-step methods to conquer clutter, improve time management, and maintain a peaceful, organized space. From harnessing hyperfocus for deep cleaning to preventing impulse purchases, Leap from Frustration to Freedom empowers readers to turn their ADHD into a strength rather than a stumbling block. If you’re ready to embrace progress over perfection and create a personalized system that works with your brain, this guide is your blueprint for a clutter-free, fulfilling life.

Great Guidebook for anyone needing assistance with Organization, Cleaning and Maintenance
The book is amazing! It is very detailed and well written. The topics are great and the layout of each section is so well organized and explained for easy reading and referring back to sections of your particular interest. The book tackles every room in your house and lays out subjections for each one. I like the idea of giving direction and examples of how to help and accomplish your individual goals.I see a bit of myself, spouse, and son in reading some of these chapters. Especially my husband’s hoarding and procrastination tendencies. Unfortunately, my son inherited his procrastination gene. The Mindful Decluttering sub-chapter will definitely be helpful in trying overcome some of these difficult situations of letting go of personal items. The other section that I found useful is The Art of Maintenance sub-chapter of practicing regular decluttering. I believe this is essential in keeping things neat and organized after cleaning up the clutter. I truly enjoyed reading the book and I feel others will as well.

Cleaning Simplified with Proven ADHD Techniques
This is a pretty great book for anyone that suffers from ADHD and finds it challenging to stay focused enough on simply cleaning your bedroom, let alone the entire house. Time management is a key component to cleaning and organizing because if you have poor time management skills it is easy to let the time slip away, and major anxiety to slip in. I really liked that this book focused on decluttering strategies and building daily routines to simplify the cleaning process, but I really enjoyed Chapter 5 that teaches organization strategies when dealing with limited space availability. Simple advice for countertop clutter in the kitchen, to meal prepping, to the use of visual aides to return items where they belong in bedrooms and bathrooms. Small changes in your living space and your routine will pay off big time when it comes to clean up time.

NOT ONLY FOR THE ADHD AFFLICTED
“ADHD Organization and Cleaning Made Easy: Simplify Tasks, Manage Anxiety, Harness Hyperfocus, and Elevate Executive Function i Less Than 10 Minutes a Day” is a slim volume that packs a lot of punch. And I found multiple examples to wisdom that would for me, a non-ADHD reader. It expertly explains why traditional organizing is daunting (in general, as well as specifically for those with ADHD) : “Our brains don’t follow a straight path. Instead, we’re scenic route enthusiasts, often taking a circuitous path to our destinations.” I am wondering how someone with ADHD could write such a well organized, useful and clearly not produced by AI book! There is not author listed, just Papercuts Publishing. Perhaps they (or he/she) deployed their own SMART System (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals framework. Thanks for the tips!
