Absolutely Love These
I absolutely love these collars. I have used them for years on 2 different dogs of mine and they work amazing! Never had any issues with ticks and only found 1 flea on 3 separate occasions due to other being time to change them. I always recommend you keep an eye on your pet after placement bc alot of animals are sensitive to different flea collars. Affordable and last a total of 12 months between the 2 collars. I try to change mine out about every 5 months just to be safe.

DONT BUY THESE
This product almost killed my 7 shih tzus – the package says for any size dog – don’t use these – they are poison to your dog – within 1 to 2 days they will have lost function of their body and turn into a pretzel that’s what happened to my baby girl. Took them off of them right away and had to call poison control and go to the vet immediately for treatment.I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE IT ANY STARS BUT I HAVE TO – TO POST

Great product
I have been using them on my dogs for the last few years in Oklahoma and they have never had fleas or ticks! Change out every 4 months.

Not working until we waiting 3 weeks!
We had one of these flea collars left from a few years back and it worked great! This new one took 3 weeks to start working! In the mean time, we ha to flea bath the dogs and spray the house. My dog was covered in fleas! Not sure I would buy again.

Fulfilled Promise – Skin Sensitivity
I bought the 2-pack, one for my Shih Tzu and the other for my Frenchie. Positive note: no fleas found on either dog after wearing for over a week, and theyâre very easy to size for various sized dogs. Drawbacks: the scent is mildly unpleasant (you have to be close to smell it), and my Shih Tzu who has never had allergy issues had a negative reaction (his skin under his chin near the collar turned pink, and he scratched it hard enough to break the skin). My Frenchie had no adverse reactions even though he has several allergy issues. The collars do what they promise: repel fleas and are easily sizable. My little Shih Tzu just doesnât respond well to them. I would recommend the product with a gentle caution to monitor your dogâs skin around the neck for the first couple of weeks.

Great Collar. Great Price
These collars are working very well for killing ticks. My beagle got out of the yard and went for a run in the woods all day. The next day I put this collar on him and then one day later took him to the vet. He was dropping little small ticks all over the vets office. His hair was so thick I didn’t even notice them. It was kind of embarrassing but I did explain to the vet what happened. The same thing happened with my hound. He ran off for a day and came home loaded with ticks which started falling off after a few hours of him being back home. He is a couch potato and I was able to see the ticks on him. He managed to get out twice over the course of a week and I have pulled at least 60 ticks off of him. All were dead or dying. The one thing I don’t like about the collar is that it comes off easily. My hound did lose one of his Adam’s collars in the woods, but luckily I had a spare. So far I have not seen any fleas this season but out of the 6 dogs I have that wear these collars, all ticks are dead or dying. The other dogs don’t seem to pick up ticks like the hounds. I did shave the big hairy dogs (great Pyrenees), so I cannot attest to the collars working thru a lot of hair, but they do work on my 100 pound dog. Some people may not understand how flea and tick meds work. The pest DOES have to bite the animal to die. There does not seem to be a repellent factor. Killing pests before they have a chance to breed and lay thousands of eggs will eventually eradicate any pest problem in your yard or home, and prevent future issues. Your pet may still get bitten by the occasional bug if a visitor brings one in, or he goes for walks outside his own territory, but they won’t be able to create an infestation and the problem is greatly minimized. Hopefully soon, there will be a repellant action, but in the meantime, I suggest using a repellant product on your dog and yourself if you’ll be in tick or flea territory.

The best that I have found
I love this brand for my fur babies, I have never been disappointed with any of their products. I have used this brand before when my little one was a pup. My babies were scratching a lot and it is that time of the year for ticks and fleas so I purchased them before the fleas started. There is no smell or side effects. Both of my babies are healthy dogs with no scratching or fleas, best flea prevention that I have ever purchased. It fits perfectly for my big girl but I had to trim it for my little girl.

Both dogs were covered in fleas within ten days
Easy to use and fit – BUT WORTHLESS for pest control. In the summertime in the south, you need something like a seresto collar. 50-60 bucks for 8 months isn’t that bad and I prefer to change mine out at the 6 mo mark. Im amazed these Adam’s collars did nothing. Two collars for around 10 bucks per collar and ten days later MAJOR fleas and fleas eggs all on my dogs. And they are indoor dogs except for potty and exercise time. And its been so hot they have gotten a bit lazier this month.I actually felt like a TERRIBLE person for trying a new product and causing my dogs to SUFFER NOW!!! It’s been two days since I put the seresto collar on and all the fleas are gone!! I didn’t bathe them because their skin is damaged from the flea dermatitis so I immediately just put on the seresto I had sent overnight. I didn’t need to strip away any of their natural oils on top of flea bites! In a few days I’ll be soaking them both in an oatmeal bath to soothe their skin.Never again will I use Adam’s collars. Makes me sad because their other products seems to be pretty good and I’ve owned and rescued many dogs and worked as a vet tech.Amazon did refund my money so at least that was handled appropriately.
