A Lifesaver for Minor Wounds
My dog had a nasty bug bite on his ear that just wouldnât heal. It looked worse by the day and started to really scare me. After hours of researching different options, I came across this product, and when I tell you it works, it WORKS.Within days of using it, I started seeing improvement. It worked better than an expensive vet visit for this kind of minor issue. Since then, my dog hurt himself again, and I didnât hesitate. I cleaned the wound and sprayed this on regularly for a few weeks, it stayed clean, and the healing process was smooth and fast. I just kept up with the cleaning! MAKE SURE TO CLEAN BEFORE APPLYING IT HELPS HEAL FASTER!Now, Iâm not a vet, and I definitely wouldnât recommend it for deep or serious wounds, but for bug bites, scrapes, and surface cuts, this stuff is gold. Itâs become a staple in my pet care kit. Highly recommend for pet parents who want a reliable solution for minor skin issues. Its not sticky, its not clear either. So be careful.As for the value, I say yes!

Really effective. You won’t be disappointed.
This stuff is AMAZING. With about a week and a half before the state fair, I was evaluating my pullets to decide which one I wanted to bring and I noticed that one of my best pullets had a wing band that had gotten infected. This whole area of her wing was a huge and deep infection. I pried the band off and removed the scabs, spraying her wing afterwards. A few days later, I washed her for the show and again sprayed the wing. About a week after the second time I treated her, it was the day before the show and I was packing up my birds. This nice pullet came up to me and I picked her up to see if she was the one with the infected wing. I couldn’t even see any evidence of infection until I turned over her wing and found a very small scab remaining. I wasn’t even sure it was the same bird at first except that I had marked her with a zip tie and after looking at both wings, I looked back at the first wing again and noticed a small piercing from where the band had punctured her skin. Unbelievable.

Effective!
I fell….onto my dog (dont worry, she’s a big girl & is just fine now ð). But we both got skinned up pretty good. I put it on myself first. Because she’s basically my daughter ð and im not gonna use something OTC on her I wouldnt use on me. Anyway, helped me tremendously!!! A bit later I allowed her to sniff around my wound. Then I put it on her. It surprised her just a bit when it first went on. But from there, we both healed wonderfully. She did lick at it at times, but I just kept an eye on her & discouraged as I could. Absolutely would recommend to everyone!

Not just for animals
When I ordered this, I didnât realize it was for animals, but have suffered from a venous leg ulcer for the past 2 years that was starting to get worse instead of better and have tried everything on the market, along with antibiotics to no avail. I was hesitant after seeing for animals on the bottle, but had nothing to lose. After the first spray, I noticed immediate relief from pain. The morning after, the weeping was gone, alone with the redness and swelling. And I will continue to use this until completely healed. I am happy to have discovered this product

Needs to be stickier
I use this every day on a leg wound of a horse. This is very runny and does not stick well. I have to coat the padding that is going on to make it stay as it refuses to stay and goes down the leg as easily as water. For how much it cost it is a pain to deal with. If they made a bigger stickier cream I would use that but the cream is so tiny and is only enough for one use on a large wound. It functions and smells good however it is very messy and hard to clean off hair as that is the only thing it sticks to apparently. If anything better existed in a large quantity I would buy that but as for now it is the only medical honey that can be gotten in large quantities for a somewhat reasonable price.

After several vet appointments, and prescriptions that were hurting my dog’s sensitive stomach, I discovered Silver Honey. My dog had about a 4 inch scrape on her leg that she was constantly licking and when I bandaged it, she started on the other leg. She also had another minor sore on her shoulder that I was told to leave uncovered.I just knew I needed something more “natural”, healthier, and protective for my dog.
