Great So Far (Will Try to Update)
I’ll try to remember to update once a month or so has passed for future thoughts, but for now my first impressions:This food seems excellent. It smells good and has a decent mix of the listed ingredients! I will be feeding this alongside Harrison’s Lifetime Fine or Superfine pellets and TOPs, two pellets I highly recommend for parrots (and Harrison’s for pigeons and doves too). So far, the buddies seem to appreciate this new food. They’re still acclimating and switching over, hence the future update (if I remember), but right off the bat they seem keen to try it which is a plus in my book. From looking at it, it seems to be good quality which is excellent, and for little birds like buddies a single bag should last a while if also feeding pellets. It is extremely important to transition parrots diets slowly, and some can take more than a month to even try a new food item, so I’m happy the bag has instructions on it to highlight this. Quite happy with this food so far, very impressed!

Bird love ð & care
This is the best nutritional bird seed I have purchased. Very high quality. I no longer need to purchase additional supplements because Flocksentials has everything I desire that meets my birdâs nutritional needs. Both of my birds (Luna & Niko) love it!

Parrotlet approved!!
My little parrotlet loves it!!! She spent a good 5 min chowing down the 1st time I gave it to her. Usually she only stays put to eat seed for a minute or 2 tops, so I was amazed! Smells so good & fresh! I love a seed mix without filler pellets!!2 weeks later she still goes to this before other seed mixes I have out for her. She doesn’t eat the oats regularly but goes through cycles where for a few days she will munch some. Probably associated with what minerals her body needs if nesty or molting. It’s really not much waste & I like that it’s there if she wants/needs it. I will continue buying! So glad to find a seed mix small enough for parrotlets! I’ve tried a few that are even marketed as parrotlet specific & a lot of the seeds are too big for these bubs.

Pacman LOVES It!
I don’t always review a buy. Something has to be either really good for me to review it or really bad. This is REALLY GOOD. My little Pacman loved it the first day I introduced it to him! I thought I was going to have to ease him into it but he went for it right away. I wonder if the bell pepper smell was calling to him.When I change his food in morning, he rushes to it. It’s a little expensive to me (hence the four stars), but I think it’s worth it. I’m happy to know I’m giving him nutritious food now, instead of a bunch of fatty seeds.

Lovebirds love it!
Perfect sized seeds for my lovebirds. My old seed had large chunks of dried fruit and large seeds which was a waste of money because they just wouldn’t eat that stuff, but they absolutely love this and it’s organic! I will definitely continue purchasing this product.

Budgies not interested.
My buddies are not interested in this particular food. Have been trying since the order came but I went back to my original budgie mix as I didnât want my birds to loose weight. I tried mixing it in with their current mix but they ignore the food not sure if it has a different smell or what the issue is.
