They work. They appear to be accurate. Maybe one or two degrees off. They have ferenhight and celsius so yeah. It’s ben a few moths and the batteries haven’t died.

Great for PVC reptile boxes.
Man, these things are great used in some XPVC reptile enclosures I built. They look so much nicer than a add-on until with a probe dangling down. Much cleaner look. They fit really well into 1/2in pvc, nice and snug. I’ll definitely get more of these for all of my future builds. âï¸ âï¸ âï¸ âï¸ âï¸

Can be valibrated
These are not very accurate. But the accuracy can be checked against wet table salt, which maintains a relative humidity of 74%. After keeping the sensors and the salt in a plastic bag for a day, i could label each sensor with a correction number.

Lowest quality imaginable
These are a low quality version of the similar ones on Amazon for the same price. I needed 6 for a set of filament dry boxes I made so I got this 6 pack but they are not the same quality as other 4 and 2 packs I’ve purchased from Amazon before. First, the display is terrible and only visible from certain angles. In the picture I took, the one in the left is another brand, the one on the right is this brand…you see the difference. Second, the dimensions are off so most were too big to fit in standard sized cutouts made for these… but some were smaller. Just go with another brand, these are the worst of the cheapo ones on Amazon. Might as well just print ones that say 88888888 bc that’s all you’ll be able to read on these.

Very accurate, small digital read out, but easy to read
These worked nice on my incubator letting me know the humidity factor so that I could keep my eggs at the proper humidity level, so that I didn’t add too much water or leave it to get too dried out. It really took the guesswork out of incubating my eggs.
