This is an adorable mini-animal set of varying sizes with everything to make a diorama. Whether it’s for school or whether it’s just for play or whether it’s to distract a child who is feeling sick or sad or worried, is up to your discretion. It’s a thoughtful product. It comes with a lot of animals, and even coloring markers that can be used to decorate the diorama box that it comes in. A nice sturdy white cardboard box. But it those markers can also be used to color the animals.WARNING: Don’t be hasty to open the cardboard package with a knife, like I did! It comes in a cardboard box, and there’s another cardboard box under that. I was not as careful as usual, and I did cut into the diorama box. It’s not a big deal to me, but I would have preferred not having cut it!This warning is really applicable to anything you open from Amazon, isn’t it?! ðThis comes with some felt to decorate the diorama. It seems like it was a white felt and also a light blue felt. As I recall. If you have children who love animals, again, adults who love animals, they’ll probably have some fun with this!

Perfect for Christmas village building for holiday train set ups
This is a high-quality set of arctic seemed animals. Also includes some evergreen style trees and some mats intended to look like snow. Overall, I found the set to be top notch. They’re on par with quality would expect to find in Smithsonian gift shop or somewhere similar. Intent of this purchase is to use it as part of a winter surround theme for the Lionel train set. I put up for my kids at Christmas time. I fully expect some if not all of the creatures will be removed and played with by them at some point in time, only real challenge will be trying to find them all after they’ve gotten their hands on them. They have a good heft to them, true to life coloration. Suspect it will be the gateway drug that leads me down a rabbit hole of Christmas village building.

Iâm blown away by the amount of Arctic animals in this kit! I bought this for my classroom endangered species diorama school assignment. I was happy to see the kit includes 2 sheets of Arctic blue paper for the sky/ocean and a large piece of white, felt-like material for snow. There are also clear and blue plastic crystal pieces to jazz up the ice and snow along with acrylic pens in a rainbow of colors.The quality and detail of the small size 2â and under animals is amazing. The animals are on the heavy side, mostly black and white with pops of color on parts like the yellow beaks of the penguins, brown back of the of the moose and pink mouths of the polar bear and whales. Most fun of all are the poses the animals are presented in, like the sliding penguin, sitting polar bear, swimming whales and the tall, standing, Arctic hare.This kit packs major value for the money and can function in different settings. These animals could also be used for Christmas village set ups. I highly recommend the Arctic animal kit.

Good size and scaling for our Christmas village
I purchased these to add some little touches to our Christmas village. Itâs got some cute pieces like the polar bears, penguins and fox. We donât let them run amok in the village but they add a touch of flair to the background! At 2â most pieces fit right into the scenery and are scaled properly.Very good addition to the holiday decor!
