Packs a Lot for It’s Price.
Animal Type: I bought this for two mice. They love it. And in less than 10 minutes they figured out they can squeeze through the bar at the middle roof and climb in and out as they please. So, be sure the middle roof attachment is securely down all the way.Assembly: It was difficult at first to assemble. As other reviewers noted the instructions were vague and I agree. ended up referring to the photo of the product on Amazon to guide me as where the platforms should go and so on. It took me longer than I felt it should have to build it. If the instructions were better, I wouldn’t have had the gap that allowed my mice to escape at first.Sturdiness: It’s not made out of solid gold but neither is it priced as such. It’s a wire metal frame and can be bent.I had to use pliers to bend the hooks so the cage sides were firmly attached, but once I did it there wasn’t any fear of it coming apart. That’s not a problem in of itself, but again it was the lack of information in the instructions.The product isn’t perfect but it packs in a lot for it’s price. So I’m going to give it five stars.

Exceptional customer service
Cage came with 1 minor broken part and 1 broken part that was required for assembly. I am assuming it was carrier damage since the box was pretty beat up. Contacted seller and they shipped out replacement parts right away. I received them, popped the cage together and now we’re good to go. Instructions are garbage but enough to guide you through putting it together. Make a note that in the little hide house, the parts you pop out of the door and window are what screws the hide house to the cage. The instructions do not list them in the parts breakdown. Decent for price and the critters seem happy.

Putting it together isn’t worth it
This cage is ripping my family apart worse than a game of Monopoly. It’s been an hour and this cage still isn’t completely together. There are four of us. I would rather keep my old broken cage than go through putting this together again. The instructions are vague and don’t help at all. The cage isn’t sturdy and I’m afraid even my dwarf hamster can bend the wires.The water bottle is held on by a twist tie. The tubes are nearly impossible to put together.I’d return it for my money back but taking this cage apart isn’t even worth the money. Buy a different one. This is junk.

NOT SUPER EASY TO SET UP but not impossible.
At first it’s difficult to get the wire cage together properly to fit into the plastic bottom. Was kind of a paiun. I did it eventually. There are no directions. Not TOO hard to figure out, but I am VERY good with figuring things out. If you aren’t DON’T buy this. After I got it all together (It’s completely broken down, even the wheel has to be put together, it seems sturdy enough. It’s cute. Was kind of a pain though. For this proce I could have just gone to PETCO and purchased a cage put together.

Didnât like there wasnât any written instructions. I just had a to look at a finished picture and put it together.I love the cage I have a dwarf hamster and she loves it took her a while to use the whole cage but once she figured it out itâs awesome. Love the different levels that you can put different things on each.Definitely easy to clean just taking off one side and wiping down each level then pour the bottom out.I would definitely recommend.

Easy to assemble, kids can do it.
The kids had this put together with a pair of pliers before I got home so its easy setup obviously, everything looks good no complaints.

Not a cage for mice!
This does not work for mice. I bought another cage that has same bar spacing and they escaped quickly. Since the cage was shipped I intended to return it as soon as I received it. Returns are not free from this seller. It costs as much to Return as the item itself. My fault for not researching the needed spacing but it advertises as a mice cage, which it is not. Since it costs as much to return as purchase price we kept it. Very flimsy materials.
