I did not realize you included mice…
I bought this and I already had one bird seed block outside, so I kept it wrapped up and put it on the bottom shelf in my pantry. When I came back later, I noticed a hole in the bottom of it and I put it in a ziploc bag and put it on the end of my couch to bring it outside, but I forgot.The next day I got up, and I had birdseed on my couch and I couldn’t understand what the problem was, until a little mouse ran out, and is currently running around my house having a blast.I’ve never had a problem with mice before or any animal in my house. I had some people tell me sometimes when a bird seed block is mailed to somebody online like this, that sometimes mice do dig a little tunnel under inside of it and are shipped with the block.I’m hoping that there was not extra shipping and handling for the additional mouse…I won’t be buying this brand again because it also fell apart outside very easily and quickly. It basically disintegrated when I put it out.I’m trying to find humane ways to catch this stowaway mouse that I temporarily named Mr. Wiggles. I understand the dangers of mice but with this COVID quarantine going on where I live, I rarely get to see a human, so Mr. Wiggles is actually kind of being a little friend to me in a light humored way.I’m basically just writing this as a warning for other people because I was shocked when the mouse actually ran out and looked at me.You might want to add in your product description “possible live mouse enclosed at no extra charge. “

The birds seem to love it
We added this pillar style food in addition to our other feeders and it’s been fun watching the variety of birds it attracts. It is a more expensive food option, but the ROI is worth it. We use a baffle to keep the squirrels off of it. And occasionally we need to make a loud noise to chase the crows away. The big box stores don’t carry the pillars and our bird store is a long drive. We found this to be a convenient good option for us and the birds seem to like it!

Four stars for the quality of the product. The birds simply eat this up. But when the four canisters arrived, each or damaged on the top and bottom. Don’t know if the damage occurred in the production or in the shipping. Probably best to order no more than two at a time, as the weight of four may cause careless handling.
