Happy with the quality
The wood is solid and sturdy. The drill holes match up and it’s easy to put together. I wound up using my own screws after stripping two of the provided screw heads.Definitely make sure you are mounting on a stud wherever possible, and use the drywall anchors when not.My order was missing a piece. I emailed the company and received an immediate reply. They are sending the missing piece. So, excellent customer service.One other wall configuration thought. The hexagonal box needs to mounted so the cat can enter between the rung and the roof (a downward jump). If the cat has to jump up and squeeze through the rung and the floor, there isn’t much space. My 6 lb cat struggled to get through, so I’m going to need to lower the box. I also have another platform coming to put in between the steps, because I put everything high and too far apart.I would recommend this set for a wall mount for your cats.

The kittens are going to love it but I think Iâm going to have to remove the middle dowel ~ it makes it difficult for them to move through the hexagon. Looks good on the wall and it is sturdy !

Avoid!
Had high hopes and I hated this item, had to buy something else, AVOID MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE.It came in a million pieces you have to assemble and I did, so I can’t even retun the terrible product.I had three blisters on my hand at the end of the day from all the screws and parts, it took well over 2 hours.Then so many of the screws were not compatible with the drywall because the second I put something up (using a stud finder!) if I used the small screws sent for installation I could easily pull it off the wall myself. I realized I would have to buy longer screws. I put one item up successfully then after my 10lb cat sat in it a few times, maybe the fifth or 6th time it came off the wall with him but thankfully he was totally unharmed. Completely a waste of time and money I’m so disappointed. Don’t purchase! The pic shows I used the supplies it came with and they didn’t hold.

Sturdy and cats love it!
Easy to assemble, and my cats love it! I love how you can arrange in different possible configurations. Even as someone who doesn’t have the most experience assembling and screwing things into walls, I found the directions easy enough to follow.My walls are pretty crappy in my old house, so I did end up using different screws and anchors than the ones provided that I know work with my walls. But I think in a house with normal walls the provided ones would suffice. It only comes with the amount if screws and anchors that you need, so if you’re less competent like me (and lose them in the walls), you might need some extra.I was nervous about if it would be sturdy enough or if my cats wouldn’t like it, but it exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

The box was too small for my cats to fit in so they didnât use it. The cat in the photo was very tiny or photoshopped. I was very happy with the quality of the product but disappointed with the size.
