Work Great BUT Not Tough Against Food Motivated Goats!
I got these for my daughter’s fair, one for her show lamb and one for her show goat.They fit a flake of hat perfectly! However, the show goat completely ripped the front cross thing that keeps them from shoving their head in. Granted she is an extremely food motivated goat so I knew in the back of my mind it would happen. I just didn’t think it would be the first day! The lamb’s survived the fair and so did the one my daughter’s best friend borrowed for her pony! The pony had to get the black one because everyone thought he was a girl haha! The girls dressed him up to be a unicorn so the black hay bag helped him gain some of his masculinity back!

Great product
These are great . It keeps their food off the ground and they get to eat more of the food . I don’t remember if it came with carabiners , so get some but these work good for what they are . You will be happy and your animals don’t have to eat off the ground.

Not very durable
One of the bags came missing the two velcro black straps that were designed to keep the goats nibbling instead of pulling the hay out on the floor. the velcro straps on the other two bags are easily pulled out and difficult to reattach, pretty much unusable. Only one pair of the rings used for hanging the bag actually work. The other two tore away from the fabric RIGHT AWAY. I have 9 dwarf goats and only one full sized one. They aren’t that strong. I wish these hay feeders were more robust.

Got the job done.
Overall they got the job done and they were pretty easy to use. I would say that we got our monies worth out of them but we probably won’t purchase these again. The little cross piece in the front was velcro and it came apart and we were concerned that our animals were going to eat them so we just had to take them out of all of the bags.

Great hay bags
We have 2 smaller goats that make a MESS with their hay. We tried hay nets and just a normal metal stall feeder. No matter how tight I packed the flakes they managed to get all of it on the ground.These bags can hold about 3 1/2 flakes. I really packâem down in there. Theyâre made of quality material, actually surprised me how well made they are.The feed hole, where the Velcro X is to slowed down how much they can pull out. It comes off a little easy, I just threw a couple stitches on each side and they stay in place perfect now.Overall very happy with ear hay feeders

was great for a few days until today . came home and went to let them out to find my once prize winning goats head twisted in the bag and choked to death . these are goat killers ! do not buy !
