These tie rings are well-made. They were easy to drill into wood and feel sturdy. I have them up for help with the Farrier, grooming, and even practicing some patience for my younger horses. Overall, they work very well. I do pair mine with cross ties with breakaway ends.

Decent quality
I use these all the time around our barn. They seem to be pretty average in quality and priced at $10 for 2 is a pretty normal price as well. The screws that come with them are inadequate for use around large farm animals but I find that to be a problem with all barn hardware. Just use your own longer screws. I have also had some that seem to be welded on the ring and these are not. These are closed well by machine, with no space but I have some rings that seperated about a 1/4″ over time. I would prefer these had a quick spot weld but they do not so I took off a star.Overall all, these are pretty average, at a average price, a normal size and work as they should.
