Excellent enclosure
This enclosure is simple to construct. It includes extra parts in case of mishaps. It is versatile and easy to modify. The metal is durable and the finish is clean. The door panels are.simple bit effective. The floor material is easy to clean. And best of all, this is easily expandable. The roof material also seems easy to clean and relatively strong. It includes both clips and zip ties to secure it all together. It does what you need it too, and it does it safely.

Neat item, with some issues
This is actually a pretty neat item that can be repurposed/rearranged into quite a few things, although I don’t necessarily agree with its intended purpose. Please don’t shove your pets into tiny living spaces! Know your animals and know how much space they need to thrive, stretch their legs, and enjoy life.That said, we needed a temporary crate to transport a few chickens to the vet, and this worked great! We needed to create a temporary gate/wall of sorts to keep our dog out of a bedroom – this worked great! We needed to create an enclosure around some new grass seed to keep the animals out of it – this worked great! Its configurability and ease of set-up/tear-down is a fantastic PRO. The included opaque roof panels are handy too.All the pieces arrived, with a few extras “just in case,” although the option to buy more would be great. Everything was packaged well.Now, for the cons:- THE DOORS: There’s a small metal wire that slides up and down and is intended to hold the door open, but it’s flimsy, utter nonsense. There are a million equally cheap ways to hold a door open that would be much more effective. In addition to the dumb closure design, the wire doesn’t quite line up with the door, so you have to kind of pry things apart to make the door latch. There’s also no way to *keep* the door closed (especially given the latch design), so any semi-intelligent animal inside can easily open it and escape.- THE CLIPS: The black clips that connect the panels together are wonderfully easy to use, which is also their greatest weakness. As in, they’re easy to pop off, whether you want them to or not. We’ve already lost a few.

Underwhelming
It’s not bad it’s not as tall as I was expecting… I’m about 5’8″ and it comes up to about mid way of my shin. It does what it’s advertised to do just expected bigger my bunnies were able to jump out with out the clear plastic top pieces and I had those off because it looks so tight and enclosed with the plastic tops on.

Comes with all you need to set up a guinea or the start of a rabbit enclosure! I would say add another if you’re going to do a rabbit enclosure, as it’s not that big, but it’s the perfect size for a solo piggie!

Nice well put together playpen.
This is a nice playpen with 22 panels, l thinks itâs secure once you get it all together for a playpen. I found it easy to put together, but the instructions donât let you know how to put in those extra small clips, but they work. The connectors work great to assemble this playpen. Itâs great for small animals like rabbits, kittens, etc. Iâm going to use it for my 1-year-old cat that often gets into a lot of things when sheâs out and I must watch her. This certainly would help when Iâm too busy doing other things around the house. The gates are thin, but sturdy and they connect to the connectors well. I also love that the mat has several stretchable hooks that hook to the cage for extra support to keep it in place and aid to secure the cage. The mat is nice, thick and durable and with that hefty material it certainly would hold up well against tears and abrasions. The mat has a coated and non-coated surface, and the coated surface is supposed to be the inside of the playpen. Also, the ad shows the mat is inside of the cage, but I think the playpen is more secure for small animals to pull the mat over the playpen to help aid the pet not to escape, making the cage stronger. The mat is difficult to pull over, but I just left two of the connectors out at the bottom and it worked. I used the zip ties for the area where the two connectors were, but you can also use the small clips. The mat has a coated surface and a non-coated surface. I flipped the mat over and used the non-coated surface for the inside, because Iâm just going to use it for a play area for my cat and Iâm not worried about her having accidents in it because I can put her litter box in it. I prefer this method because there are several long hooks on the mat too fastened to the cage. With the gap in the bars being as small as they are this would help so she canât put her paw through the bars and grab those hooks. Especially since she seems to be drawn to stuff like that to play with. So, this might be beneficial to those who have pets that love to chew on things. If the mat was on the inside those hooks would be easier for a pet to grab it. And even though my method doesnât completely block off the hooks but does make them less accessible. The connectors are made of plastic but are made of durable plastic. The gap between the bars is approximately ¾ âapart. Which is great for some small animals not to escape. The gap between the connections of the gate can be closed by pushing the gates together and then using the small clips, I put two fingers between the gap and gently see if I could push them apart and it had a strong hold with using just the connectors alone. There are 8 plastic sheets for the top that connects with the connectors. I would have preferred them to be clear so I could see my pet looking down on them not twisting my neck downward. But the plastic top is made of durable plastic material and fits well with the connectors. There are two door gates that open to approximately 9 ½ inches wide and 10 ½â in height. The doors have a metal slider to securely keep the door shut. I would say the way I put this together is that the doors are a bit difficult to open and close but not that difficult, and Iâm still working on a way to make the doors operate better. But Iâm not really that concerned about the doors if I can get my pet in and out, it works for me. Iâm going to buy those longer wire shelf clips locks they are two pieces that lock together. These are the locks I have seen on most dog cages that come put together and they have them available on Amazon. This playpen comes with two extra gates that I can use either to extend the length of the cage or to use as dividers in the cage. I could also just not use the mat, to me the mat would have been better if it was just one long plastic solid mat that can fasten to the connectors and then use the small clips and zip ties. I think Most pets chew on things so I would prefer something that I didnât have to watch my pet in the playpen. Anyway, that is the point of the playpen to keep them safe away from harm. But this is not a bad price for a nice playpen and even if I donât use it as a playpen Iâm thinking about attaching the gates together and using the gates to block off furniture, she also finds an interest in hiding under. I give it four stars because I appreciate all the straps with the hooks on the mat, but I do feel something else could have been used to prevent pets from getting stuck with their claws in the straps or digesting the strap.
