Humidity under control.
Bought 2, one for each of my bearded dragon terrariums. These are amazing. Concerned that I use constant flow water features that the humidity would be too high, I added these. They work great.

Moves allot of air, silent, but cords are cumbersome
I have had these in my dart frog vivarium for almost a year. Some pros – they can move air. My intention was to mount them on the surface of the lid, so that they could help keep the front glass clean. However – the profile is large, and the cords requirement of inter-connectivity is cumbersome and unsightly. If you were to use these as part of a design process of a vivarium and be able to build a spot in the background to accommodate them I think they would function well. But as a “ad on ” or after thought installation, they just take up allot of space. Also, these things are silent. I never hear them. I’ve had them in my vivarium and not had any issues with frogs getting limbs stuck though it was and still is a concern.

donât waste your hardworking money on this crap
Build quality:came in BROKEN, broken fan panel, output to one of the c type wires was missing so the other fam couldnât turn on because it has to be connected with the other fan by a cord but one was missing the output connector for that cord, also with the missing fan panel it made the noise at least 10x louder especially because it vibrates. This product is built very cheaply and EXTREMELY OVER PRICED FOR THE QUALITY! would have rather bought some type of computer fan if this is the type of product i wouldâve known id get SMH!Â

Good fan set
Nice fan system, good for making sure the tank doesn’t get too hot or humid for my beardie. Easy to set up and effortless once you program it

Fans work well- with you could set temp threshold
So I picked up these fans with the intent to using them to make an in-window exhaust setup for one of our bathrooms and to provide an exhaust fan for my 3D printer enclosure. Unfortunately I misread the listing and though that there were 2 separate fans that could be used independently and not 2 fans but only 1 with the controls and another that had to be plugged into the main fan- so that one was on me. I also thought that you could set either a temperature or a humidity threshold for the fans to turn on- this one I’d looked more closely for, but still missed that it could only be set to turn on and off with a humidity value.Still, I was able to test the fans out and they still may work for the bathroom exhaust fan (we have an older house that doesn’t have a vent fan in the bathroom and just a window that can be opened- and in the winter months that’s not very practical to use as it just means even colder air coming into fog things up). The setting aren’t too difficult to set and once set and putting the humidity sensor in a good spot (it has a suction cup on it which is nice) the fans turned on and off as expected. They’re not really powerful fans- they do run off a USB plug after all- but they also move a decent amount of air so especially for their intended purpose they should work just fine. One thing that is a bit of a pity is that there isn’t any kind of memory for the humidity setting, so if you unplug the fans you’ll have to set the threshold for them to turn on again.
