Great little gauges for reptile enclosures!
I picked up this 2-pack to monitor my reptile tank, and Iâm very happy with them so far. The digital display is clear and easy to read, even from across the room. The compact size makes it simple to place them in different spots of the enclosure, which helps me keep track of both the warm and cool sides.The temperature readings are consistent, and the humidity gauge gives me a good idea of the overall environment. Good, for the price.
These are OK. They keep switching back to Celsius when I switch to Fahrenheit, and Im not sure how accurate the humidity is but it seems pretty close, and the temp is spot on. They take a little bit to come to temp/humid once in the space you want them but that’s normal. They just seem like a cheap option.

Junk and waste of money.
I would give zero starts if I could. They did not work. They keep saying 10 degrees⦠then 5 minutes later they say accurate temp.. and the humidity stays at 30. Drove and got more batteries for them. Still reading weird numbers. So we went and bought thermostats at pet store and they are reading accurately. These things are junk. Donât waste your money.

I assume it works. Sometime it will tell me that the tank temp is like 89° but it feels the same as the room temp, at 74°. It is NOT in Fahrenheit, it is in Celcius, so I always have to do conversions, which is annoying. The adhesive has held up great.

Great function for a decent price
They stick to the tank very well. I haven’t had one fall off yet and it is in the constant heat under lights of a bearded dragon tank. They aren’t very big so they wont eat up much real estate on the tank sides. They are easy to install and thanks to the big numbers easy to read. The design is nice over all they do stand out on the side of a tank if you don’t have a dark background but it didn’t bother me. They function as intended and the brightness is more than fine.

UPDATE (10/26/2024): After four days of usage, one of them has already stopped working. Tried changing the batteries and no luck, it’s completely dead. I tried contacting Customer Service, and so far no reply yet. If Customer Service is able to help, I will update my review. As of right now, note that these thermometers are delicate and take caution when choosing which tape to use as they’re not provided upon purchase as indicated in their photos.There is some false advertising in the pictures. The thermometers DO NOT come with the pieces of tape like they’re shown. So when you get them, you can’t stick them on your tanks as easy as you expected. You need to provide the tape yourself. You also need to ensure the tape you use isn’t too strong or it will be troublesome to remove the thermometers in the future to change the batteries.
