The temperature aid!
Monitor the temperature of your abode / boat / mansion/car/anything other from afar. This item connects via Wi-Fi and keeps consistent temperature monitoring at your fingertips. Application is easy to use and the item is well made and it’s durability. This system detects temperature and humidity and can give you a readout in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Functionality varies you can simply get the temperature or you can go to the extreme and allow trigger points. Such as if your refrigerator gets a little too warm due to the climate that you’re in it can automatically turn on the air conditioner to cool the ambient air to help the fridge work less hard. You can set warning cues if the refrigerator or freezer is getting too cold and or too much moisture persist in the air. This little Wonder resolved my issue regarding refrigerator temperature in a 25 plus year old fridge. Note; unit comes in nice packaging and works with the Smart Life app. In the packaging you will receive two-way stickers/installation and program instructions and the thermometer. The battery case in the back is the actual mouth bracket and has access points to screw in or use adhesive to a wall.

Worked fine for 3 months – then STOPPED forever.
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased this unit from “SENCKIT” on Aug 21. By Dec 6th – it completely stopped working. I won’t again buy from this company.For the 3 months & 1 week that it DID work – i had it in our bedroom and it appeared reliable – but i had to change batteries every month.Then on December 6th – my Senckit Temp Sensor simply stopped. Not a clue why.What do i mean by “stopped”? When i ask, “Alexa, what’s the temperature in the bedroom?”Alexa says, “Bedroom isn’t responding. Try checking its network connection and power supply.”So i fired up my bluetooth & ran through all the “Fix Protocol” as follows:i remove and reinsert the two AAA batteries. That doesn’t work.I press & hold the little reset button for 5 seconds. While it’s held down it lights steady Red; and after 5 seconds when i let go – the light goes off.So i press & hold for 10 seconds. When i let go – it stays ON / steady red.It never blinks; it only stays on steady – and during this time, never any connection to Tuya app.Similar attempts with the “Smart Life” app, and the Senckit Temp Sensor doesn’t connect there either.I tried new batteries. No dice there, either.I tried double-clicking the reset button – that didn’t work.I tried changing the WiFi network. Nope!I asked around in this page’s “Customer Questions & Answers” area – and i got NOTHING. Not from Customers; not from the manufacturer ‘Senckit’.Ultimately – i threw my Senckit Temp Sensor in the trash where it belongs (glad i remembered first to rescue my fresh AAA batteries!)Learn from my mistake! I wish i’d not wasted my money on Senckit’s plastic junk! 🙁

Amazing, affordable, and works w/ Tuya app free!
Works with Tuya app which has multiple options and the app is free to show you the humidity inside as well as outside in your area and so much more! You can also connect over a You can also connect over 100 different smart Wi-Fi enabled, including smart washer dryers , smart plugs, bulbs, electrical sockets etc!! Absolutely perfect for my plants and to keep an eye on them, and I was just set an alarm even if the humidity drops between a certain percentage. For instance, my plants canât have humidity dropping below 60% and having AC in the home and where my plants are placed the alarm setting is extremely helpful!! Again the Tuya app is free and so is the service

Functional & Simple
Temperature updates very slowly. Canât switch for C to F. Easy to setup though. Iâd try another product.*Update: Temperature settings have switched, takes a long time to register. Once calibrated to another thermometer and adjustments are made it is accurate. Mine was off by 2c which is the largest adjustment. I changed my review from 2 stars to 4.

Does not work with IFTTT
I recently purchased the SENCKIT Temperature Humidity Sensor, and while it has performed well for the most part, there are a few key points to note for potential buyers.The sensor itself works reliably with the Smart Life app, providing accurate readings of temperature and humidity. The setup process was straightforward, and the Smart Life app provides a good interface for monitoring the data in real time. The sensor is small and unobtrusive, making it easy to place in various locations around the house.However, one major downside is its lack of compatibility with IFTTT. Despite expectations, the SENCKIT sensor does not show up in IFTTT for integration, which significantly limits its automation potential. I had hoped to create automation routines based on the sensor’s data through IFTTT, but was disappointed to find that the sensor is not available for use in that environment.Additionally, I was unable to integrate this sensor with my Hubitat hub, which is a crucial part of my home automation system. Without IFTTT support and Hubitat compatibility, I can’t create the advanced automations I had intended.Overall, while the SENCKIT Temperature Humidity Sensor is reliable and works well with the Smart Life app, it falls short when it comes to broader automation integration, especially for users who rely on IFTTT or other hubs like Hubitat. If you’re simply looking for a sensor for basic monitoring within the Smart Life ecosystem, it’s a solid option, but if you’re after more advanced automation features, you may want to look elsewhere.

Ich habe die Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitsmesser im Haus und Keller verteilt um dort an verschiedenen Stellen den Feuchtigkeitsgehalt im Blick halten zu können.Die Einbindung in die SmartHome App war einfach, die WLan Stabilität ist nicht ideal aber ausreichend.Ãber die Laufzeit der Batterien kann ich noch nichts sagen.
