It’s right there in the listing but the first thing to realize about these slow feeder hay bags or that they are small compared to your typical larger horse sized bag. They might, add a pinch, hold as much as one flake of a standard size bail of grass or hay.Turns out that’s just fine for the use we had in mind — Temporary use when traveling, or use in a manger in a trailer (The larger feeders allow the hay to get far enough away from the horse that can’t always reach it).Although they seem solidly built, only time will tell And so if any particular positive or negative observations are made this review will be amended.The hay holes are smallish, btw, in keeping with the size of the feeder — and again careful reading of the listing should tell you that. For smaller animals these would be lovely too.

Great for traveling!
I like the material that these feeder bags are made of. These feeders really do come in handy ecspecially when traveling. We love trail rides, so we are frequent travelers. I have a draft in the mix so i must keep as many of these filled for a road trip that we are taking. Filling the bags up, transporting, and using them is super easy.My favorite color is blue, so the color choice was perfect. My horses love them and it helps me to minimize of the amount of waste, as well. There’s also an adjustable strap if u need to make it shorter/longer depending on the location and height of your horse. It can be hung on a wall, held or sat on the ground. The overall quality of these bags are great. The are all around nice bag and very durable. I would definitely recommend these bags to my farm family. They have worked wonders so far! Great value and size for the money!
