Good Product
I especially like this because it has a tray. The tray can simply slide out, so good for daily cleaning. The water reservoir is a nice size so bunny has water available for a good period. I have one bunny and she is 5 lbs. But if your bunny does not drink all of the water in a certain time, it’s a good idea to clean out the whole bottle because it gets nasty and probably not good for the bunny. That is the owner’s maintenance responsibility. It a great product.

Got this for my ferrets. While sometimes they do get food in it, its easy to clean with a bottle brush pipe cleaner thingy. Very niceeeeee

Perfect for keeping our hedgehogs hydrated!
Our hedgehogs tend to step in their bowls with their poopy feet so having something that’s not on the ground level with a reservoir to keep “fresh” water available is perfect!At first they were confused but they soon figured out how to use it. This is helpful when we go on 1-2 day trips and have to leave them alone.Pretty easy to set up and attach to the cage. Would recommend this for anyone with a small pet that don’t want to use a metal dripper because their pet could crack their teeth on the dripper’s metal ball. Just need a feeder that’s not too big or takes up too much room in their cage.

Nice idea but guinea pigs spilled water
I really wanted this to work so I didn’t have to hear my guinea pigs when they drink water from their hanging bottles, however, they just kept tipping it over. I have resorted to giving them a small ceramic bowl…and that works! I ended up giving this water feeder away to someone in my Buy Nothing group.

No Leaks! No sopping wet bedding!
My guinea pig took to this the day I put it in his cage!!! He actually prefers it over the other water bottle! It’s easy to attach to the cage and easy to fill!****OK there is a trick to the water bottle!!!! I had to browse the questions to figure it out! First, you have to put the opening of the water bottle lid (there are two sides that are shorter on the lid that’s the opening) facing the trough. Also you have to push the water bottle all the way down. Once you do both of those things it works like magic.The only Con to this, and it could be just my piggy, is that he likes to step in it to drink? This gets bedding in the water, sometimes he manages to get his pellets and hay in his water to! I’ve tried adjusting the trough higher & then lower, but either way he just loves dipping his lil feet in the water! I have to check it often and scoop the stuff out! And uninstall the entire trough & water bottle to clean out the trough part daily! So that’s extra work, but anything for my pig!

Definitely would buy again. This is great because it attaches firmly to the cage. I donât keep my bunnies in cages – so I actually got this for my dog. I put it on the gate where she sleeps so she canât knock her water bowl over into her bedding at night – and itâs worked perfectly for over a year now. She is a 60 lb border collie/beagle/boxer mix. The water reservoir is small but itâs the perfect size for her to drink out of without spilling. I donât know if I would use this as her full time water dispenser – just because Iâd be concerned she might not drink as much as she would with a regular bowl. But for overnight, itâs enough to keep her from being thirsty and waking us up for water, while also limiting her water intake just a bit so she isnât loudly lapping up her water, making a mess and waking us up. And I usually only have to refill it every 2 or 3 days.

I had bought one of those convention water bottles for my bunny but I noticed how little he used it. To the point where it seemed unnatural how little water he was drinking. I didn’t like water bowl because it would constantly get flipped over and make spills.This is the perfect solution, my bun needs the bottle filled up every 2 or 3 days !! Unlike the waterbottle which went weeks.Get this its the best of worlds between a bowl and water bottle.

I had the standard guinea pig water feeder with the ball bearing that are the most popular for guinea pigs but I found that most of the water ended up on the pee pads when the piggies had a drink.So I bought one of these and itâs brilliant for them, they drink more naturally and thereâs no water spillage.Itâs mush easier to keep clean as well.I know itâs for rabbits but as Iâve found out itâs excellent for guinea pigs as well.Iâm glad I decided to give one a go because itâs much less hassle with no more wet pee pads underneath.
