Soft material for all your casting needs
I love this product. It arrived quickly as well packaged.I broke the 5th metatarsal on my foot and it was extremely sensitive to anything that touched it. It would become very tender and extra swollen when I wore the walking cast so I was left with bed rest until I decided to purchase this material. It’s extremely soft and comes in 12 prepackaged rolls. It shipped quickly. I took 1 roll and wrapped my foot to assist in keeping the bone from shifting and giving me that beautiful soft extra padding. I was finally able to wear the walking boot for longer periods of time. The pain was much less and I was happy to be able to leave the situational confinement due to type of broken bone. I was able to graduate to a normal shoe in a short period of time with minimal pain.I recommend this product for its normal usage of cast padding as well as the improvised use of walking boot/shoe padding for a broken bone that is unable to be casted and takes forever to heal due to its location. Thank you. I am a very happy customer.

Harmful product
This item caused harm to my pet. I purchased it to be part of his bandage wrapping and when I removed the bandage his wound was very red and inflamed. It looked so painful. I had no idea it was a problem until the wrapping was removed. Now I can’t even get a refund on a product I can’t even use because of the harm it would cause. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Great for horses
I got these to see if they would be more convenient for wrapping horse hooves for injuries/abscesses/etc. Most tack stores just sell very large rolls of cotton that are hard to cut down for small applications. I just needed padding to cover heels, coronary bands, and partway up the pastern to prevent rubs.While these are not very thick, they have worked perfectly. Iâve had to wrap my horseâs feet up to halfway up the pastern for the last couple of weeks due to foot soreness (using magic cushion on the soles)Sheâs wearing hoof boots to protect her wraps and hooves right now, and sheâs on field board so sheâs in them 24/7 until her feet get better. But her hoof boots have caused terrible, infected heel rubs in the past after wearing them just 48 hours.Using thick cotton makes the boots too tight. This cotton, however, has been easy to apply to the just the areas I need, and with some vetwrap and ekon over too, the boots still fit. Itâs perfect pad the heels, and make it so the boots arenât too tight but also, not too loose where they shift around.Itâs been two weeks and a ton of bad fooong due to weather. Sheâs just now showing some signs of heel rubs, but I think itâs mostly due to the magic cushion squishing up onto her heels, and I canât get it all off.This cotton has been perfect for padding her sensitive areas of her feet and pastern without too much bulk. Great to have on hand. Ordering my second batch right now!

It helped a lot!
These rolls helped me so much when I broke my wrist and had a half cast on. My only issue was that I made the mistake of not looking at the width of the padding before purchase. I had to use more than one roll on my arm. I needed at least a 4″-5″ width, and I bought the 3″ width. So, not quite wide enough. So look closely at the width of the product before purchase or purchase more rolls than you think you need.
