Best chicken feeder!
Works like a dream! Our food waste has dropped to 1% (we have one hen who just likes to scrape food out and watch it fall to the ground) the totes are 27 gallons and hold 2- 50 pound bags of crumble each. We refill them (from empty to full) every 3 weeks. Our flock is roughly 39 hens, one rooster and 8 chicks. We do supplement by feeding out food scrapes and veggies and fruit on clearance, but its mostly the crumble. Highly recommend!

Keep rats and mice out of feeder!
I have a large coop with 17 girls living in it.I was having a terrible problem with rats coming in at night and eating the girls food! It was costing me a fortune!!I did a little homework and found these port feeders.They are incredibly easy to install if you aren’t afraid of using a drill.They even come with the special hole cutter! AND they have little caps to insert in the ports at night so the stinking rat finks can’t get the food! Haven’t seen a rat since!If you have chickens and (ugh) rats, you have to try these. They worked great for me!

Self made feeder
These work really well. They help control the amt of wasted food. The caps also allow you to close up the openings when you see alot of food on the ground. These also work well for ducks, you just have to train them.
