Regular cleaning
Baby chicks are so dusty. I suggest you take it out once a week and hit it with the leaf blower. It works much better when you do. I also was unsure about the heat it puts off. Directly under it seemed fine but the heat doesn’t really travel and warm anything else up. I continued to use my old light bulb style to take the chill off the area and this to be nice and cozy for the babies who wanted to sit under it.

Great little heater! I just wish it had a hook or something to hang it up with in the chicken coop. I just created a loop in the cord and put a hook on the ceiling and atta he’d it that way.

Do not waste your money . i bought to use for baby quail one of then lasted 4 hours the second one day

I read reviews on how one melted. I still ordered it on Dec 1,2024. My dog had puppies so Iâm using it on them, itâs been great and NO SIGNS OF MELTING where the bulb houses itself. Only thing is manufacture says on box comes w remote and it doesnât

I put the light in my hen house . I love that I can set the timer before bed and not worry about the coop getting cold all night!
