Simplify your cage cleaning routine, but do not wet it!
I was thrilled to see something like this that would help clean my bird cages faster. The little brushes do not bend, so when you apply pressure, they will actually scrape off the poops that get between intersecting bars. Also, they have been great for scrubbing dried poops off of all their perches. If you have any of the nail-trimming cement-type of perches, then you know those can not be soaked, and they are notoriously hard to clean. These brushes will clean those! The broom and dustpan are very handy for the constant fallout of seagrass that my cockatiels love to shred. I was having to get my large broom from another room at least six times a day. I love having this small one hanging by their cages. As a new user of this type of cleaning brush, I have learned the hard way how NOT to use these, and now I am down to only one brush. Do not attempt to clean wet poops unless you are willing to throw away that brush. I made that mistake, so I soaked and soaked a brush and spent more time attempting to clean it than I would have spent cleaning the entire cage, then just threw it away. Do not wet the brush because that will wet the poops, which will make you have to clean the brush. My last bit of advice is to make sure you are always scrubbing with the curved part downward, or you will flick tons of bird poops back onto yourself.

Perfect size and very durable scrub/scraper brushes
This is a perfect little bird cage cleaning kit. At first I was disappointed that it was small, but after using it I realized it is actually quite perfect for cleaning my bird cages. I love the scraper/ brush utensil. It works really well for getting the bird dung off the bottom and cage bars. I have no idea how they do it but my birds can shoot poo places that make no sense. The cute brush and dust pan fit perfectly into the cage to easily sweep up the mess. If you have fur or feather babies that live in cages, this is the perfect cleanup kit for you!

Not worth anything.
Iâm reviewing this bird cage cleaning brush and shovel and little scrub brushes. When I opened the package, I was shocked at what poor quality it was. I really canât think of a suitable use for these tools. I decided to give it a try for my bird cages and the shovel bent backwards and the handle on one of the scrub brushes just broke. Very disappointed.

These work okay, but are hard to clean.
These bird cage brushes work fine, although they are not easy to clean themselves and leave a lot of bird residue on them which makes them unsanitary and unusable again. So I feel these are more one use items. If they were priced as a one use item it would be worth it but unfortunately this does not work for me. It does get in between the bars but I had to use a lot of elbow grease and I felt like I was spreading the mess around more than cleaning it. The scraper on the handle is not hard enough and is no longer flat and straight. Overall I would not get these again.

Handy cleaning tools at an affordable price
This is a handy little tool that cleans several cage bars at a time. The bristles are mounted on a wire core and do a pretty good job of loosening dried parakeet poop if it isn’t built up too thick. The brushes do bend if a lot of pressure is needed. There are two in the package and the price is very reasonable, so even if one bends or breaks, this is a good value.

Work Well
When I first opened these my immediate thought was âoh my gosh, they are so littleâ; however, when I used them for the first time I realized that they are actually the perfect size. If the handle was any longer it would just get in the way when you are working in a small space. The bristle curve is perfect to get the cage clean. I am not using this for birds – I use it for my puppy pen and it works great. Seems like a good quality for what it is and they work great which is whatâs most important.

The bird cage accessories I wished I had gotten sooner! If you have a bird, you know that cleaning the cage is kind of labor intensive when you have to scrub all the cage wires individually. I had been using a scrubby sponge, but these brushes make it SO much easier & faster. These are strong, curved brushes. They are curved which really helps you get in between & get all sides of the wire/bars at once. They are stiff enough they don’t bend when you scrub. They also have a little scraper edge on the handle end for those tough areas. They have a hole in the handle if you want to hang these. The little hand broom & dustpan make cleaning the bottom tray & the floor around the cage easier too. These are definitely making cage cleaning time easier & quicker.

Bird Essential Clean Up Set
I ordered the Pawfly 3 Pcs Bird Cage Cleaner Brush with Shovel bacause I have three birds and I am always cleaning cages. The wire on the cages is a mess no matter how much I try to keep them clean. The brushes get that hard to get off bird droppings. I tried the white brushes and so far they work very well on the smaller cage. I have not tried them on the bigger cages yet but expect they will work here as well. I like the little brush and shovel to get up the debris on the bottom of the cage. I can also use the brush and shovel on the floor. This little set will make a nice addition to the bird clean up area. For the money, I think it is a winner.
