No compatible heat source
Not sure how to use heat with this tank. Switches seem like there is an attachment for bulbs inside but no way to use them. I don’t want to use a heat pad under the wood, but there is also no way to use lights over it.

good idea for the right pet
I got this for my daughters last serviving hermit crab. He’s loving the new place and all the other items for him to explore as it is very roomy. This was easy to put togehter follwing the instructions. It is plastic (that comes with a protective cover that needs to be removed so it’s cyrstal clear when installed) and not an aquarium. So far we have not had any problems and a cloth to wipe the outside viewing of cat nose prints has worked just fine. I have only had it about 2 weeks so no cleaning the inside just yet. It’s roomy and the extra height is great. Would buy again.

The pre drilled holes in the lid were on the wrong side, so had to create my own holes so that the lid would work properly. Not sure what heat source is supposed to go with the plugs on top(tried googling with no luck) As far as the windows, they are clear, you just have to take the protective cover offâ¦itâs not the best, but not the absolute worst

Where is the zero star option?!?! JUNK!!!
Where is the zero star option?!?! Where do I even begin? Right out of the box⦠This thing has so many things wrong with it. The acrylic glass is bowed allowing reptiles to escape. The trim is already coming up. The front acrylic piece is broken, and for the grand finale⦠the top is missing the pre drilled holes allowing the top to be installed. There is no room for lights or any thing else. Horrible quality. So much for my teens birthday gift today.

DECEITFUL!! NOT GLASS!!
If this could get 0 stars, it would. Such a DECEITFUL product! The cage clearly looks like it has glass on the picture, IT DOES NOT! The âglassâ pieces are actually a CHEAP MATTE PLASTIC, not even clear. DO NOT PURCHASE this trash. It is NOT what it appears to be, horrible sellers.

There is no way to hook a light to this and no instructions regarding the switches except to put them on the cage. Not sure how you are supposed to use a heat source with this either. Donât waste your money.
