Very good product, but for very small turtles
This product was much smaller than I had hoped it would be, but that’s not really the fault of the product, I should have read the dimensions. It’s very cute. It’s exactly what it looks like and it would be great if my turtle faye a couple in in diameter, unfortunately for us, my turtle is about 5 in in diameter and needs deeper water, so this didn’t quite reach the top of the water to serve its purpose, but it’s still a very good quality piece for a smaller aquarium.

Although it is a tad small for my russian tourtoise, he seems to enjoy climbing on it nonetheless. I would be cautious of the plastic plants attached, especially if your pet is used to fresh plants. The little bowl on the top provides a nice spot to put a treat to get your pet moving.

Arrived broken, much smaller than I thought.
While I did check the sizing, it seemed much smaller when it arrived. That was on me though. I have two decent sized turtles that I rescued last week and not even half of one of them wouldâve been able to fit on this. Theyâre both around 6â (shells alone). I planned to use it for my daughterâs hermit crabs instead but when it arrived it was broken beyond use, only packed in a thin bubble wrap bag in the box, which was also damaged, punctured all the way through. Iâm sure it was handled rough by the carrier, but these resin items should be much better wrapped. A bit more trouble than itâs worth for me, and pretty expensive for the size but itâd be good for hermit crabs, small lizards etc. Returned this morning and found a nice replacement basking pier for the turtles!
