Awesome Product
THESE will always be the best pellets to use and the only use breeze pads too because they do keep down on the urine smell. Awesome product. A little pricey but my cats are worth it. I change out every month with new pellets and you just rip open a bag and pour in litter box. Absorbs smell pretty good.

Great for sensitive or older cats
My older cat is blind and has very sensitive paws. He hates using the litter box because the litter is rough on his paws. I have tried tons of different litters, including the pellets, natural ones, crystal kinds, etc. and finally found this one. I LOVE it and so does my older cat. It still cuts the odor (never find any urine odor at all) and it clumps easily with daily, easy, light scooping. When I go away for three or four days I can come home to very little mess (so refreshing!!) and there may be pea-sized pellets in the box along with the clumps, but I can deal with this. When I start finding those pea-sized bits I find it’s time to change it, anyway. BUT a box lasts a very long time! My second cat is much younger and she prefers this litter as well. I have three litter boxes in different areas of the house and have tested different litters in different areas and this is still the one they both gravitate to. The only downside is that it is tough to find locally and not available by subscription! Regardless, I search it out because it’s that good. Thanks, Purina!

Great if your cats not too picky
One of our cats refused to adjust to the pellets so she messed up the whole deal. The caregiver quickly started mixing in regular litter so it’s unknown if she would have adjusted. The pellets are a great idea. The box is great and well made.

Dust Free
I love these pellets! We switched to them when I was pregnant because they were considered to produce less dust when cleaning. They work great! We have 3 cats and there is definitely less mess since switching! No dust, low oder and no more litter tracked around the house!

Work Well, bit Pricey
We’ve had the Breeze XL litter box for awhile, and overall I think it’s a great option. For a year or two we used wood pellets, which you can get far cheaper, and that worked OK, but without a properly designed base, all that sawdust is unmanageable unless you’re emptying it daily.We moved back to the Breeze pellets, and the biggest downside is the cost. I usually shop around for the best price before buying, often one of the pet specific stores has them a few dollars cheaper per 7lb bag (I don’t ever get 3.5, it’s not worth it).Pellets do exactly what they’re supposed to, let the liquid through and keep the solids above, and dehydrate them a bit. I’m not sure if the dehydrating aspect is from the pellets or just being exposed to the air, but regardless, it happens.Smell-wise, it’s surprisingly effective. It’s not 100%, so I’d fully expect guests to notice if you keep it in a higher use area (remember that pet smell blindness is a thing, you don’t realize what you get used to).My only caveat is that sometimes you’ll get a… delivery, that has a bit more grip than the rest, and so takes several pellets with it. In my mind it’s like I just tossed a handful of coins in the trash, with the cost of these things. If anyone ever makes an affordable knock-off, be sure I’ll be on it.Also, get a litter-genie (or diaper-genie!) they work perfectly alongside these pellets, and since you aren’t actually throwing out litter, refills last forever.

Packaging not the same as description
I love this product. No litter all over the floor and very easy clean up. The product I ordered said 4 7lb bags but was sent in one large 28lb bag. This is heavy to carry and will be a hassle deciding the quantity I should use.

Love this hard clumping litter
Very fine sand like texture soft on paws. Not overpowering scent, I gave cats a choice of litters and this was the one they picked; ignored larger grain types. Very low tracking and nearly dustless.

Must be supply and demand because the price has become ridiculous. $166 for 28Lbs??? $6/lb for cat litter?Don’t throw any out. Just add more pellets as needed and wash the pellets if the weather allows. Hopefully by the time I need more, the price will be back to normal (which was still expensive). And please don’t stop making the unscented, my cat won’t go near anything scented.Absorbency is 1 star because it doesn’t absorb and it wasn’t meant too. It shouldn’t be there.
