Customers say
Customers find the water pump works well, particularly for non-koi or planted ponds, and appreciate its powerful flow and quiet operation. The pump receives positive feedback for its quality, strength, and value for money. However, durability is a concern as some units broke within 200 hours of use, and power performance receives mixed reviews.

Suits my intermittent need well
I use this to add water to my RV from a bucket. It moves 5 gallons in a minute or 2. I’m happy with it

Perfect value priced pump.
Got this to replace EcoPlus which kept having issues and was difficult to find in stock. I use for my cold plunge. This little guy runs great, several times each day to push water into my 1.5hp chiller. Mine is necked up to a 3/4 hose and includes the fitting for that.

Restrictor for this model
Using this for a bait tank. Water flows into a 5 gallon bucket filters back into the bait tank. The water flow is to strong. Can I get a water flow restrictor for this model

Takes abuse and keeps going
We bought this pump in 2020. We ran it for an outside 6′ fountain for five years. We completely abused it. We would run out of water and it would run dry for several days. We couldn’t have been harder on it for 5 years. It worked great and finally gave out. We immediately bought another one. It pumps a lot of water and keeps on going. I would definitely recommend.

Pump is quiet and worked ok but plastic around the output cracked and started spraying water
This little pump seemed OK initially – I needed something that would work as an external pump – not submerged. The plastic around the threaded output fitting cracked – even using the plastic fitting with an o-ring that they supplied and only hand tight. This wasn’t immediately obvious – with no back pressure at all, it didn’t leak but as soon as there was even a little pressure, it shot a strong stream out the side of the case. This also seems to run quite warm – especially as an external pump – and on the pump it says that its rated for a maximum temp of 35C (95F).I needed something that was 120VAC but this isn’t the solution for my use – too fragile I can’t have leaks –

decent submersible pump, not so great as inline pump
The pump works fine as a submersible pump, and can do 700+ gph without any outlet lift-tube attached. (as good as can be expected)Cons:By far the biggest con is the inline function, the impeller cover doesn’t go in very deep and is not fully threaded. The pump only has 2 tabs that lock in the impeller cover… it locks in with a 1/8 turn, unscrews and pops off very easily.A quality pump would have some sort of foam filter included, this doesn’t.Cord is only 6ftThe adaptor sizes are incorrect (1″ intake, 3/4″ output)The adaptor selection is limited, chances are you’ll be buying a 1″-3/4″ threaded adaptor.Power consumption is higher than the norm. (true 800gph is usually is usually is mid-40’s, this one is 55watt.
