DEFINITELY A WINNER
I empathize with everyone else who has tried ‘every type of litter.’ I have. Clay is a heavy smelly dusty dirty misery. The crystals were dusty and tracked like crazy, and so did all the ‘natural’ corn/walnut shell/et al products. Pellets are a huge improvement – but the wood pellets I tried disintegrated so readily that dust built up in the box within a couple days. Zeolite pellets were great – but you need the specialized box and pads – which weren’t bad, BUT, a strong ammonia odor becomes prevalent after a couple weeks. SO at my son’s suggestion I tried tofu pellets. I’ve sampled four brands, and they all performed about the same – dust is MINIMAL, tracking MINIMAL, odor MINIMAL (I have not used a scented variety), CLUMPING is great due to the starches added to these products – please note that the starches will cause the clump to stick to the box till the clump has a chance to dry a bit, after which the clump will pop off. But every clump diminishes the amount of litter left in the box, so be ready to replenish regularly! Tofu litter IS Expensive!!! I had to adjust my budget. But I am happy with the overall performance. Maybe it costs the companies a lot to source, produce & market. Anyway, this litter is a medium grey due to charcoal added for odor control so it does not look as ‘pretty’ as the whitish brands – but the charcoal is a good functional addition so I accepted the color.

Impressive! Truly Low Tracking and Low Dust
I have always considered that I bought high-quality litter for my kitty – as much for me as for her. A brand that I had been using for several years, and was quite happy with, changed their formula about a year ago and it got very dusty and tracking. What a mess it created in our home! I bought an air-purifier for the room the litter box was in, I dusted and vacuumed more often, it was still a mess. I tried another quality litter, and it basically did the same thing. I was giving up hope I could find something that I was actually happy with. I recently adopted a new kitten (RIP Abby) and this litter was recommended by the Humane Society where I adopted the kitten. It sounded good, but I was hesitant to believe the “hype.” Could it really be that good? Well, new kitten and I have been using this litter for 4 weeks now and I must say it is AMAZING. It is VERY LOW tracking (and super easy to clean up the few pellets that get out 1 to 2 feet), VERY LOW dust, and clumps GREAT. It is WAY better than the quality clay litter we were using. The new kitten and I are VERY happy with it. I just reordered 3 more bags. I am going to try lavender this time. I have not been flushing it but should probably try that next. We have a good-sized potty box (but not huge), and by 3 weeks, the litter was quite shallow. It probably lasts more like 3 weeks with a larger pottybox. HOWEVER, I just scrubbed out the pottybox today, and kept the remaining litter from last month and am reusing it – new bag added to it in clean pottybox. Remaining litter does not seem to smell (thanks to great clumping.) I will toss everything left in another 4 weeks. With this strategy, I hope to comfortably get 8 weeks out of 2 bags. (One cat.) Could be better but not the worst
Iâve been searching high and low for cat litter in pellet form that doesnât smell like a hair bleaching salon or track like crazy around the house, Iâve decided to give this litter a go and used it for quite some time now (even had it on auto ship). Here are all the things Iâve noticed with this litter, good and bad.PROS:⢠Minimal tracking!⢠Cats had no problem adjusting either, they enjoyed it.⢠The pellets donât disintegrate after heavy paw traffic, usually pellets tend to loosen up and turn into dust after a while. Not this one.⢠Clumps are great, no issue with clumps loosening.CONS:⢠There can be slight smell of ammonia with this litter. Husband and I are very strict with making sure we clean our cats litter box EVERY day but even then, the smell can sometimes linger. This is mostly up to how often you clean a catâs toilet room though lol.⢠Clumps can sometimes stick to the litter box, especially if itâs urine. My cat is notorious for peeing on the corner side of the box and this issue persists with urine that is on the wall of the box.⢠Expensive as f***! I have this litter auto shipped every 2 weeks and itâs made a dent in my pocket, this is sadly the only reason Iâm switching to another litter :(⢠Quantity is very little for the price you pay.This is a litter has a lot of potential to be great, I have not had many issues with it but the price for this specific litter is kinda insane. I will once again be searching for the perfect pellet cat litter! (Added a cat picture tax too)

The smell is beyond horrible
The concept is wonderful – I just wish that it worked. There is very little dust, easy to use, clumps exceptionally well, very little to no grainy sandy bits of clay all over the floor, but it does nothing to combat against odor. I purchased two bags and went through both of them in only nine days. Even though you can scoop the poo and clumped up urine outâ it leaves a horrible lingering smell of ammonia in the room. You would think that the urine clumping in huge piles to immediately remove from box would eliminate the smell, but even after removal the smell still lingers. It works quite well for all intents and purposes, just consider yourself warned that you will be replacing the contents of remaining litter every four to five days to keep the smell from your home. With a cost of $28.50 a bag you are looking at a minimum cost of $171 a month. Itâs just too bad there is no way to get a refund from this product, but Iâm glad that I waited to give a review so that I could warn people against purchasing it.
