The product is very good for small birds, however it arrived without a seal and spilled all over the box. There is no freshness date on these products, will purchase elsewhere. Returned.

Food is small pellets
Birds are not used to the pellet form of food even though the pellets are little

I have a canary and he won’t eat this product. I even tried crushing the larger round seeds, but he still won’t go near it. Really upset because it is so expensive and I can’t return it because of current mail strike here in Canada and also have a broken heel so I can’t get outside anyway to try to somehow return this product.
