It Works Great
It works great preventing fleas. Collars irritate one of our feline family members, so we used this topical instead. She had no side effects whatsoever. Great value and effective.

Worked on flea infested rescued kittens
I got this topical flea treatment for some kittens that were dumped off either by there Mama Kitty or very irresponsible cat owners. They were absolutely infested with fleas and had so much wrong with them that I wasn’t even sure they would make it but they did. This flea treatment worked after a couple of doses a couple weeks apart. It also helped with the issue of these kittens having worms because they were getting worms from eating the fleas so know that if you get especially a cat that you have rescued that has things wrong with it the fleas are essential to get rid of immediately. This product worked and I am so glad because these pathetic little kittens are now perfect 1-year-old tuxedo cats

It works and safely!
So I was nervous about putting this on two rescue kittens who were quite frail and underweight. They had giant fleas, I mean these suckers were corn fed! I did a lot of reading before choosing this one, based on others recommendations. It’s easy to apply just like any other liquid flea medicine on the nape of the neck. I nervously monitored them, they did fine. Absolutely no side effects, no changes in appetite or behavior, no neurological side effects. Within the next two weeks I took them for vet check, and they had no fleas or poop in their fur. It worked great! This only kills existing fleas, it does not handle the cycle so you have to re-treat. If you want something that handles the cycle, you have to go with a more expensive product. If you are like me and love the cats but not rich, this is a great short-term option that is affordable. I’m very happy with it!

Fair Priced Flea Meds
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Advantage 2 works better than this one ,but it helped my cat some, better than nothing. Price was fair. I trust the advantage brand. Some cheap flea meds give cats seizures and with advantage I don’t have to worry about that.

My kittens are scratching less!
Works well, I’ve noticed a decrease in scratching since application.

Not as good as Advantage II
Value for money:If you cannot afford the Advantage II, it will kill some fleas but is not as effective.Flea control:Since this product doesnât kill eggs, it is not as good as Advantage II. My cats were still scratching, though slightly less than with no product. And because it is summer, this only lasts about two weeks. So it helps somewhat if youâre in a pinch and canât afford the better version, but if money is not an issue, buy the Advantage II which kills both flea eggs and adult fleas.

Treatment for lice infestation on pet rat
My rat got infested with rat lice.At first, I thought it was fleas. I removed all blankets from the room, stuffed animals, vacuumed and bagged it all up.Upon looking at the insect under a microscope, I discovered it was actually lice.Thankfully, rat lice is specific to rats, so I did not have to worry about them contaminating the room. While I am not a vet, I am an RN, and am fairly thorough with my research to weigh out whether this is something I can risk treating at home vs bringing to the vet. While scanning through many sources, this was the only OTC treatment available in the US that was recommended. So, for my 1lb rat, I added 1 drop to the nape of his neck and put him back in his cage. I did not handle him or change his bedding for a few days.It worked fast, and cured my rat of the lice. The nits that were on his fur died, but they act like glue clinging to the shaft and will stay there as brown specks. After 2 months, I did bathe him and used a fine tooth comb with improvement. It says that you may have to re-treat in 6 weeks because of the life-cycle of the insect. I did not have to do this.*Again- not a vet here, and not trying to pose as one. If you donât have an exotic vet near you for your rat, or canât afford to go to oneâ I think at least be sure you are confident about identifying the type of insect infestation, know the approximate weight of your rat, and research videos on how to apply this first. For me, this was a life saver- effective treatment, easy to use, inexpensive.
