Definitely works very well
These are awesome. They catch flies like crazy. I was worried about replacing the bait because Amazon doesn’t have the same brand of bait but the one I bought from Amazon works just the same as the manufacturers bait.I’m very happy with this purchase.

Be sure not to put them too close to house or porch. Consider yourself warned 🙂
These work great. They do so by attacking flies with a truly awful smell. When it gets enough flies inside you need to keep putting a bit more water. Just put enough to have a small amount of water above the flies. I have free range chickens, duck, an indoor/outdoor cat and a couple small dogs so it’s nice to have something I don’t have to worry about hurting my guys.

The 3-Pack Reusable Hanging Fly Traps is an environmentally friendly and efficient solution for outdoor fly control in gardens, backyards, and barns. These easy-to-use traps effectively attract and trap various fly species, such as houseflies and horseflies, without the use of harmful chemicals or toxins.Featuring a simple design, these traps can be filled with water to lure flies, eliminating the need for messy or smelly bait. The reusable nature of these traps makes them both economical and eco-friendly, as they can be emptied and refilled multiple times throughout the season.I appreciate the weatherproof construction, which ensures the traps remain functional in various outdoor conditions. The included hanging hook allows for easy placement around your property, providing optimal coverage and minimizing fly populations in areas where they pose a nuisance. In conclusion, the Reusable Hanging Fly Traps are a practical and natural choice for homeowners seeking a safe and effective fly control solution. Their ease of use, reusable design, and weather-resistant construction make them an essential addition to any outdoor space affected by persistent fly infestations.

Absolutely Works No More Flies!
These fly catcher bottles are incredibly effective! I hung one outside near the trash bins, and within hours it was already attracting flies. After a few days, it was full. The bait is super strong (yes, it smells, but thatâs why it works!). Very easy to set up and dispose of. If youâre dealing with a fly problem outdoors, this is a must have solution. Iâm buying more!

Yeah, it stinks, and house flies love it, horse flies don’t even notice it
Edit/Update: Yes, this attracts and traps hundreds of flies, and does so very quickly. I didn’t even know we had fly populations like that around here. Unfortunately, it kills them by trapping and drowning them, and as the surface gets covered with floaters it provide a platform for the next round of flies to lay their eggs before they die. Now, 10 days in, the jar has maggots crawling around on the inside, so yeah, totally gross. It would be nice if something toxic in the mix prevented this issue. And oh yeah – it still does NOTHING for reducing the horsefly population. This was a mixed success – yes, it attracts and traps and kills hundreds of house flies, blowflies, etc very effectively, but, while we have those around in average numbers, they are just mildly annoying. I got it for the claim that it attracts and kills horseflies, which, with their constant buzzing around you and painful bites are far more than just annoying, and truly a creature from Hades. Not surprisingly, these traps do nothing to attract horseflies, which are attracted to movement and dark colors – which I knew about them, but hoped maybe the claim of this product to attract and kill them was not all hype. After several days, and the horseflies still dive-bombing and none in the traps, it’s clear they do not work for that purpose.Disappointing – but they are doing quite a job on the other fly species we have around here. One thing the info on Amazon shows, however, is the flies sinking to the bottom of the trap – they do not do that, instead forming a thick layer of dead flies on the surface. It still seems to be working, but I have to wonder at what point does the surface become so solid with fly carcasses that it can no longer drown the newcomers, allowing them more opportunity to escape the trap.In the meanwhile, it’s working great to kill regular flies, but the horseflies just point and laugh and the misfortunes of their brethren. Oh, and the instructions say to peel the label from the jar, which I did, but be forewarned that they put it on with EXTREMELY good and sticky adhesive, which leaves a lot of sticky residue on the jar. I really don’t see any reason to peel it – it won’t affect the function, I don’t think – and it’s a lot of hassle, so in the future, I’d skip that step.

Did a good job this summer
Use these at the barn this summer. Actually did a better job than the net style ones I had last year. You just have to remember to add water to them once a week or so. The fly attractant that was sent with them worked well I doubt if I will reuse them. They are all pretty full and I think Iâll just toss and start over again next year.

The smell is terrible
It does attract flies but at the 3rd day I had maggots crawling in the jar. Donât even get me started on the smell. I had to take it down it smelled so bad.
