Small but fully functional
Grabbed this unit for my veil tail Betta fish that happily resides in a 3-Gal fish tank. Since the moment I placed it in (with good water circulation), she started swimming towards it and enjoyed circling around it. This fish-tank heater has been working steadily and able to maintain a stable and ideal temperature that makes my Betta happy and stay healthy. Just one advice, please check and clean the heater periodically, the basic maintenance is still needed.

I have had this water heater for a little over two months now. It turns on and off just like it says and it keeps the water temperature in the proper range. Highly recommend.

Keeps accurate temperature
Perfect for my fish tank. This little heater was very easy to install. It keeps the temperature of the fish tank exactly what itâs supposed to be.

Do yourself a favor, buy an adjustable one. This kept heating up the tank well over 82.

Nice heater
Nice simple heater. All you have to do is plug it in and it does the rest. It keeps the water at or around 78 give or take a few degrees. I have bought a few for my tanks and will buy more when needed.

Not too big to hid in the plants
You donât even notice this. Do easy to use and suctions in place and not too hot or too cold. We have happy little fishies

Stopped working almost immediately
I put this in my 10-gallon tank and it only worked for a few days. Then the tank temperature dropped to room temperature and the red light that indicates that itâs warming the water stopped turning on. If it was still working, the red light would have been on with a water temp of 71 degrees. I ended up buying a TopFin 100 watt heater of the same variety (submersible, suction cups, preset to 78 degrees) to replace it and my fishies have been warm and happy ever since.Note: the green light indicating that itâs not actively heating never worked.
