good odor control
I like this litter because of its good odor control. This is a clay litter, not clumping, so I just dump it all every few days. The clumping litter doesn’t work if your cat doesn’t scratch around in the box after using it. I have a cat who just goes in the box, leaves her “deposit” then leaves. She doesn’t scratch at all or sometimes very little.

Clean, dry, lightweight stuff.
I MUCH prefer this to the clumping style of cat litter. And so does my cat, as well as I can tell. I keep the litter box in the basement, very near the closed basement trash can, with the slotted plastic scoop hanging on a nail inches away, so it’s very easy to scoop the litter box 2-3 times a day — whenever I happen to be in the basement, and it doesn’t hurt at all to completely miss a day. My newspapers come delivered in flimsy plastic sleeves which are perfect for conveying the debris to the trash can. Our boisterous and hugely muscled 20 lb male cat used to kick some of the litter out onto the floor, so a brush and dustpan were kept just a couple of feet away. But now our much more quiet 10 lb female cat doesn’t kick the litter out at all — no need for the dustpan, or one of those big hoods over the litter box.

Cats love it and so do I
My cats love this stuff. I use a cat box liner and just replace the whole thing once a week. Easy-peasy. Like so many other things lately, the price has gone up significantly and it is not as easy to find as pre-pandemic. But still worth the search and the price.

Better than my expensive brand
This is my first time purchasing this brand of kitty litter. For the last 2 years, I’ve been using the walnut-based littler, spending way too much money. This litter does the job and I find that I don’t smell anything either! I haven’t had to change the entire box yet, just keep scooping what’s in there and it still smells clean and fresh. I don’t think I’ll be going back to the walnut litter anytime soon!

Dusty but good at keeping odors down
Got this for a litter of foster kittens I was trying to litter train. I didn’t want to use clumping litter because they have the tendency to try to eat anything loose in front of their faces.They used this and it never smelled too bad (5 kittens all using it meant I had to change it every other day at minimum), but it tracked EVERYWHERE and made them sneeze a bit because it was so dusty.Won’t keep using this after they’re old enough for clumping litter. As far as non-clumping litter goes, I found that the crystal-like litter was the most effective at absorbing odor and had 0 dust. Next time, I’ll probably just buy that.

Great product.
This is my favorite cat litter. We use it all the time. Sometimes the stores are out for weeks or months at a time. Glad to be able to get it at Amazon.

This is the rock kind not that sandy crap!
I love this one. Itâs more rocky not like the sandy grainy ones! It absorbs odors really well and lasts for about a week before I have to change the litter again. I also have only one cat so I donât have to constantly change the box.

Bueno es primera vez que tengo gato en casa aproveche a comprar todo el kit por aquÃ. Arena, arenero y pala. La arena me gustó mucho porq aglomera la popo y la pipi. La primera vez la cambié hasta el dÃa 5(toda la arena). Cuando se me acabo la bolsa compré arena del súper confiada con las descripciones sobre el aglomerado, pero fue desagradable ver que ninguna de las que probé hiciera lo mismo con la arena Step.Aproveche una promoción en el súpermercado que por cierto es primera vez que veÃa esta marca en el supermercado y de promoción traÃa dos bolsas a un precio más barato que amazon. Me cayó de lujo!! En si recomiendo esta arena. ð
