Quiet, easy to clean, cat loves it
Pros:Very easy to clean. Can get generic filters and sponges very inexpensively. I buy a box of 8 and it lasts me 4-8 months. I use filtered water, so I tend to change the filters once a month, and wash it once a week, just like you wash your water bottle.Let’s talk about the noise. If you put the white filter in grooved side up it is non stop noise and very annoying. Put the filters in grooved side down, flat side up. Dead quiet. You’ll hear a little noise if the water level gets too low, but that’s good. Then you know you need to refill it before it runs dry. My cat was wary at first. Since it was new and I had just scrubbed it, I cupped my hand under the flower, got water and drank it. That was all it took. My big boi was feral and suspicious of everything, but obviously he trusts me. He uses it all the time.No more cleaning up water all over the floor. I don’t know why, but there were always puddles.There is a blue light that you can leave on if the room the fountain is in is pitch black at night. There is an on off switch that controls the light.The cord is plenty long.It comes with a little placemat so if you animal splashes it, your floor stays dry.I have hard water, so when the top tray is dry, you can see the mineral deposits. It’s a moot point tho, because it’s only dry when I wash it.Cons:At first the noise was really annoying, then I realized it was the filter and all I had to do was flip it upside down. It still filters the water. Now I don’t hear a thing.I can’t think of any cons.Worth the money.

Great cat fountain
So far water fountain works great. Both my cats love it and use it frequently. I love how much water it hold and the LED light that shines at night. The water fountain is super quiet as well.

3 MONTHS AND DEAD – BUT THERE IS A HAPPY ENDING IN MY UPDATE
UPDATE 8/1/2025 my husband pulled the outer casing off and the fan wouldn’t turn, he sprayed it with canned air and all is working again.BUT PLEASE NOTE: The company did reach out to us to tell us that it has a 2 yr warranty and gave us some hints to try get it running. I will save their info in the event it stops working again. Other than that. it is a great little feeder.I WILL SAY….. if I was to buy another, it would be a stainless steel one. We have hard water here and it has stained and scared the unit. So now we buy the dogs bottled spring water for this unit.Bought it April 22, 2025, today is July 26, 2025 and the pump has quit. Does nothing, no matter what I plug it into. I had it always plugged into a battery pack as there is no outlet near where it is. Worked great, have 2 battery packs and would swap them out. Stopped running today. Thought pack was dead, nothing from other pack either. So picked it up, took to sink…looked inside, was still clean. Filter was fine…. plugged it into the wall and NOTHING. IT IS DEAD. 3 months is all it gave.

Great Fountain but stopped working
I love this fountain. It is easy to operate and clean. It is very quiet. I have had mine since December 2024 and it has worked great….until today. I took it apart to clean and when I put it back together, the water would not come up. The light turned. I read some reviews and tried blowing out the fan part with canned air, but that didn’t work. Any other suggestions?

So Easy To Clean!
I needed something to replace an old, stainless steel water fountain for my cat, and preferred something that was easier to disassemble and clean. This fit the bill perfectly! I’m able to take everything apart and really scrub each piece to prevent biofilm build-up, which is so nice. It’s super easy to put back together, too! I also appreciate how quiet it is because the running water sounds from our last water fountain drove my partner crazy. As a bonus, it’s really easy to see the water level with the light feature!

Easy set up
Delivery was fast and so was set up. Directions were easy to follow it runs well and is super quiet. My cats love it and I love the LED light that makes it easy to spot in the dark and check the water level.

Excellent product, careful on color
The fountain is amazing and this is the second time we bought this fountain for our 3 cats. It’s quiet, and the fur babies love it and sometimes even dip their paws in it to play or clean themselves. With that being said I’d recommend a small waterproof mat for under it if you have curious kitties also. The only downside is the second purchase we bought the black fountain and even with the blue light on the inside, it’s hard to tell the water level initially. For the first week I had the light on and was shining a flashlight on it to make sure I wasn’t over filling or under filling. When the water gets about half way low the fountain starts to get a bit louder so you know it needs a refill or filter change and cleaning based off the noise of the water, I doubt this was an intended design, but it’s an amazingly helpful feature and a friendly reminder to make sure your babies aren’t neglected with their water. With our 3 cats it starts to get loud about halfway down which takes roughly 2-3 days, then just add another (approximately) 32oz of water.Cats rate this water fountain 5â (stars) also

Have had this for 6 months. Great design, lighting etc. But as soon as it gets to less than 2/3rd full the pump is not strong enough to keep the water flowing. Looking to buy an alternative already.

I bought this for my newly adopted kitten but waited about a month before using it as he was still a bit small for it. Once introduced, he loved it and I loved that he was drinking more water. Itâs easy to maintain and keeps water fresher than a bowl sitting out in the open. Cleaning is a breeze and refill filters are easily found and inexpensive online. I did find we could hear the pump do its thing but it wasnât bothersome. However, after about 2.5 months the noise got louder. I gave it a good cleaning, including the pump and after putting it back together, it didnât work. The light still functioned, so it wasnât an issue with power, just the pump. I reached out to the company as it was beyond the Amazon return window. Their email address was located right on the pump. They were quick to respond with a trouble shooting suggestion and when that didnât resolve the issue, they immediately sent out a new pump. They offer a two year warranty and didnât make me jump through hoops to honour it. It was so easy and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses these days, but definitely not in this company! Thank you for your exceptional service, itâs greatly appreciated and with that, I highly recommend this product!
